After a couple of beers my better half renamed the Nashville chicken to Kentucky chicken, and I recommended to the waitress to add it to the menu.

Gelato-go Lauderdale by the sea

I asked her if she was willing to support her community and she jumped right in to help. She misses Latvia, but sure made my visit to Gelato-Go feel like home.
There’s room for several people but the area is so nice that it’s the kind of place to take and go explore I think. Definitely recommend.

I ordered it as usual, but last night's version was different; it was a salty seafood broth. However, the couple playing music at 9 pm is the highlight, as is the team working at the bar.

I tried the boozy egg nog and a few others. These specialty drink were soooo good and strong. The server was awesome. Even though we only had drinks , the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would do it again. Pictured is my very large and strong egg nog drink. Try it!
