“We used to have a seasonal home in Lauderdale By The Sea and we knew about this hotel the high noon it was everything and above it's pretty much adults all the clientele is extremely warm and friendly the staff is great location location! It's just great clean convenient just we're coming back no doubt about it it's a home away from home for us now highly recommend it enjoyRooms: We had a hotel room it was great we had a refrigerator we had toaster and microwave all we needed the room is very quiet great few it was perfectNearby activities: Due to the fact that we used to live in Lauderdale by the Sea everything there is walking distance in all honesty this hotel is the most convenient for everything is happening yet you never hear the noise and the pool area is extremely quiet and peaceful you name it is there wonderful restaurants entertainment Beach it's all there everything's walking distanceSafety: The hotel rooms and Patio area are secured we know the neighborhood very well because we used to live there very low crime rate not that you need it but a PlayStation is one block away and fire station is we know the area we live there for 12 years home run can't say enoughWalkability: You can walk as much you want and safety great views great convenience you name it you don't need a card”

“I'm so glad I finally tried this hotel! I've stayed at three other hotels in LBTS and I've always been intrigued by Sea Lord based on the outdoor appearance and it being adults only. I recently stayed here for a week with my sister and overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would mainly like to shout out Oldane at the front desk and Maria with housekeeping. Both of these women were one of the highlights of my stay. Both of them were so helpful, attentive and had such positive attitudes which was very appreciated by me and my sister. I never once needed to ask for towels, toiletries, or my room to be cleaned (they clean everyday) which may sound silyl but I didn't have that same experience at some of the other hotels in the area. I was able to check in early and keep my room late on check out which was extremely convenient with my travel schedule. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee, which I knew ahead of time. I didn't mind because these lounge chairs were a lot more comfortable than the chairs that some of the other hotels provide (some of the hotels don't have chairs at all). The guy who handled the chairs were very nice and friendly too. The hotel is right on the beach which was perfect and is very close to the strip of restaurants and shops. The rooms were a little outdated but I also expected this going into it as I read that in other comments. Didn't really bother me though. My only complaints which didn't majorly affect my stay anyways were the restaurant onsite was closed the whole time (we were looking forward to trying) and they had quite a lot of construction going on. Like I said, neither ruined our trip but did wish both of these were disclosed to us ahead of time. The only other con I'd highlight is there's no lounge chairs by the pool, only sitting chairs/tables. I personally love to lounge by the pool, especially on days where the weather isn't super reliable so I do wish they had lounge chairs by the pool. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would stay here again. The service truly made the trip and I look forward to hopefully coming back again soon!”

“It is an old motel that has been updated. The room was very clean with a king sized bed and a big TV. We had a snack in the courtyard on one of the tables. The pool had lots of room to swim and enjoy the sun. The staff was very friendly. Next door was the visitor center with all the travel info you need. It's just a 5 minute walk to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. With lots of shops and restaurants. You can to the beach without having to dive and try and find a parking spot.Rooms: CleanWalkability: 5 minutes to the shops and ocean”

“its just about a block from beach, the room in nice, good security. nice walk in closer with safe and even hanger to put your clothes keep them wrinkle free.. bathroom is clean nice and in general room is very comfortable . i usually snore like a train but the comfortable bed ... let me sleep with my travel mates in peace as i barely snored. i strongly recommend. just walking distance form restaurants and stores . you barely have to move the car. and i didn't get to use the pool buts its a nice size pool , it thats more your thing.”
