Not many of these hardware stores open anymore. It's my go to spot for specialty nuts, bolts, screws and all of your other fasteners weather they are specialty or not. The big box stores don't have half the selection of this store. They also build or repair window screens. They carry just about everything you need for your home or project and helpful staff everywhere. I can't say enough.

I needed a key fob programmed and the Dealer would have charged me hundreds plus I would have to drop it off of course, so there’s the time. I discovered they program key fobs quickly and for a reasonable price. So many times I’ve been to the big box store and you cannot find a person to even attempt to help you. I believe ACE Hardware stores are all independently owned and operated so any spend at ACE stays within the community. I also discovered they do many other services such as rewire lamps and sharpen knives. Big Box stores won’t do this to my knowledge. I recall growing up in Fort Lauderdale there were many locally owned and well run businesses. Sadly, one by one, Amazon and Big Box stores have changed many things. I will be back !

This experience was horrible
I total rip off
I have to say the work was amazing
But have every thing you need and just have the guy come in to do the work
It cost me $330 and triple the money for supplies and was charged all when they probably had discounts . I went into the store to explain everything and even said let me buy everything and Robert said no the guy will come with everything and then proceeded to write customer has everything so the guy said why was this written this way .
I would never use them . Good luck if you do .

They are no better than anyone! Their handyman was hardly knowledgeable and did not fix any of my issues! Beware you will be charged 200.00 an hour for nothing!

I would rather go there than H0me Depot or Lowe's any day of the week. If they don't have it, they will order it for you. Every employee is knowledgeable of all aspects of their jobs. Best place ever. Friendly local place
