West Shore Construction
If I could give them 100 stars I would as I'm beyond satisfied with West Shore Construction. I live in a condo, on the water, and need hurricane protection. From the moment I made the appointment I was confident I'd be working with them.
Tony Brown -- whose business card shows no title -- was the guy who showed up at my condo for the appointment. He is friendly, funny and professional, everything you'd want in a salesperson. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and then all I had to do was pick my design and colors. Tony represents the company well.
Every person I dealt with throughout the process was just as friendly and professional as Tony. The customer service is exceptional. The crews that came and worked on my project were polite, respectful, neat, efficient, well trained and really quality people.
Tony and everyone else there are terrific assets to that company. I’m more than satisfied with my new hurricane screen, and feel as though I have a whole new bunch of friends as well.

Great team and super easy to work with! Tony was my sales guy and initial contact and he followed up with me directly throughout the job to make sure it was done right. The team that came out for the actual install was great too and super efficient and detailed with explanations.

I had an incredible experience with West Shore Construction after contacting them inquiring about hurricane protection for my home.
My first contact was with Kristina who was friendly, helpful and kept me informed about appointments, etc.
Tony Brown was my sales consultant. Not knowing what I needed or wanted, he listened patiently answering all many questions. Tony, with his expertise, knowledge and wisdom, discussed all options, had product samples and it soon became clear that Bahama screens for windows and motorized screens for entry way and lanai was the best possible solution for me. Tony, with his remarkable outgoing personality, was a delight to work with and explained the entire process from beginning to end. When he left my house that day, I felt confident in the decision I made and greatly appreciate Tony’s honesty and integrity.
When installation day arrived, Tyler and his team arrived on time ready to work. Before beginning, Tyler explained in detail the process of installing the screens and kept me informed throughout the day. They were friendly, courteous, professional and careful cleaning everything up before leaving making sure it was left just as when they arrived.
A few days later, Nick and Ryan came to install the electrical boxes. They also were friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job as well as letting me know the electrical procedure.
I’m thrilled that I chose West Shore Construction for hurricane protection and couldn’t be happier with the screens, how well they look and how well they’re constructed. The entire team at West Shore went above and beyond my expectations making this journey pleasant and knowing I’m safer and feel protected should there be a hurricane.

I purchased a canvass hurricane window covering for an exposed elevated window. This is a high quality/thick canvass product that is easy to install when a storm is coming and West Shore Construction communicated well at every step of the process. Their installer did a great job of explaining how to put up and take down the canvass covering when needed. I’m very happy with the purchase.

We had the pleasure to deal and purchase hurricane shutters. Best investment I ever made. Tony was involved every step of the way making him the best salesman I ever dealt with. Thomas the installer finished the job and he explained everything about the shutters and always was meticulous in how he installed the shutters and explained when one shutter acted up.
Tony told me the company does other remodeling jobs so I am confident I will be calling them in the future

We had a great experience working with Danita and West Shore Construction! Danita was able to take my vision and turn it into reality. Her guys worked quick and were very respectful of keeping our house as clean as possible during a reno. Can’t wait to use them again when it’s time to redo our kitchen.

From Chelsey, project manager/designer to Scott and the crew, the experience was phenomenal. They listened, they cleaned up at the end of every day and made the experience enjoyable. Based upon their responsiveness, price and product WestShore Construction was my vendor of choice. The hurricane screen they recently installed exceeded my expectations. The installation was completed on schedule, it looks great and performs flawlessly. I would recommend Westshore based on my experience.

Tyler (crew leader) was excellent in managing my window and front door project...polite, efficient, patient and caring. Tony (salesman) went beyond expectations in making sure I was completely happy. He drove 30 minutes from his home to my house on a last minute plea for assistance to move heavy window coverings from a flat position on the floor of my utility room so I would not trip over them and placed them standing on edge lengthwise. This company is the real deal. The salesperson, TONY followed through on everything he told us at the home show. The install crew were unbelievable, kind, so professional and went above my expectations. We had a small issue and they brought it to our attention, workers just don’t do that nowadays. Instantly, it was corrected. We live in a 55 and over community and after seeing our beautiful hurricane shutters and their hurricane screens for patios, just about everyone in our development is using them. So nice these patio screens keep rain and dirt out. Most that have them on their patios use them every time it rains. I can only tell you that Tony follows thru. Thanks Westshore
