No one ever answers the phone. Impossible to speak to Bardmoor branch. I have tried several days and at different times of day.

In August Wells Fargo let fraudsters clean out my account. After a month they replenished my monies. I went to withdraw monies 5 October, but they refused to let me withdraw funds from MY account. I ended up taking money out of another of my Wells Fargo accounts, then, using the app, moved money from the account the teller would not let me use to reimburse my other account. Some days, when dealing with Wells Fargo, one believes Jesse James was the Good guy.

Closed early on Monday ( bank was closed at 4pm RIDICULOUS !!!. Opened 30 min Late following day….and then never opened drive through….maybe management could step up?? Not enough help? I run an active business, use of drive through is imperative. Keep it up … I’ll close my accounts. This is unacceptable.

Would rate lower if possible. Last week I put 1000 dollars cash into their atm machine and the machine never processed my money or returned my bills. The tellers went into the atm and basically told me the machine destroyed my money and there was nothing they could do. I had a friend make a deposit earlier this week and the teller lied and told her they resolved my case. It’s been a full week and I still haven’t heard anything or gotten my money back. Do NOT trust them with your money, bank elsewhere.

Stopped by the Bardmoor banch this morning, was so pleased with the young man at the teller window. The young man was able to help me with my banking needs and was able to carry on a professional conversation with me. Very professional experience. I was able to talk with one of the loan officer ladies, super kind and she was also so helpful. I love coming to this branch of Wells Fargo. Thank this team of professional staff that are doing at fantastic job.

My son's bank, located in its own building. Called about his banking needs prior to going to the bank. Both phone customer service and tellers were professional, friendly, and efficient.
