The most important thing I go to a gas station for this fuel. My truck is diesel and I have a tank in the back for diesel as well. This location is absolutely horrible if you need diesel it takes 3-5 min per gallon here it’s absolutely unacceptable. This is the closest place for diesel to my work site and I will not be using it due to the completely unreasonable amount of time it takes to get diesel. Hopefully their gas pumps are okay but I wouldn’t know. Only reason they aren’t getting one star is because the food is still good and they just got an overhaul of the guest facing portion of their kitchens. But the diesel is so much slower than the food services. Will not be back to this location. FIX YOUR PUMPS

I was told months ago that a fix was coming for the diesel gas pumps. It has not! Shouldn't take 30 minutes to fill up. PLEASE fix this. I am going to a different gas station for my diesel needs and it is out of the way.

The pumps take forever, I've been here 25 minutes for 8.7 gallons of diesel fuel. I don't know if the filters are clogged (multiple pumps, multiple times), but can I get a fix on this ASAP!!??

Greetings. I placed an order via the mobile app at 7:50pm. I was notified my order would be ready at 8:05pm. At 8:03pm, I walked to the pickup counter. There was no one there only the personnel making beverages. After a couple of minutes a Caucasian male comes from the back and begins to load packages in hot water. He never acknowledges me. He comes to the counter to proceed to make a sandwich. Once he completed the sandwich, which was for a lady who had placed her order while I was standing there. Once she received her food, I proceeded to ask him if there was a mobile order ready. He was not aware of the order. He used his headset to ask another person about a pizza. The black male comes to the front and says "Yes. There is a pizza." He proceeds to walk around the corner. Then he comes back with pizza crust in a blue bag. At that time, I realized the pizza was not ready. I proceeded to ask the Caucasian male, if the black male was about to make the pizza now. He stated yes. I then proceed to ask for a refund as by that time it was well over the time my order should have been ready. The Caucasian male apologized and proceeded to request a refund via the headset. I waited 2min and nothing. Then I asked the Caucasian male, who or where do I go for the refund? He stated the manager just told him I had to go via the app. I asked if I could speak with her, and then the black male proceeded to say, "It's easy to do the refund on the app.". But I asked for assistance and the manager but still no manager. I proceeded to walk to the manager office considering I saw another gentleman speaking to someone in the office. As I walked up , the Assistant GM, Belinda walked out. She did not speak nor apologize. I informed her of her rudeness for not seeking to assist me nor to see why a refund was needed. As I proceeded, Belinda began to smile, and I immediately stopped talking. She then stated "Are you done yet? Can I talk now?", with a sarcastic grin on her face. At that moment, I informed her that nothing else was needed and I walked out. I then had to sit in the car for an additional 15min to figure who to call and how to get a refund. I have never been treated so rudely at a Wawa location or even that location ever. I frequent there quite a bit but this was the first time I have come to Wawa this late in the day. The entire night crew is ridiculous. There's absolutely no customer service. The food service personnel were all in the back aside from the young lady making the beverages and the Caucasian male who was loading the packages in the hot water/steamer. The black male and another female were all in the back until it was realized that an order was missed. But I can see why the evening crew are the way they are because of the low life of an Assistant GM, Belinda, that you all have working there is a reflection of them and vice versa. I am extremely applaud but I am sure that this complaint will go no further than this message I am sending. It's not about giving me free meals, points, or etc to rectify the issue. It is to hold her personnel especially your leadership accountable for his/her actions. And I plan to be the voice to assist with you all doing so. Therefore, I will make sure this complaint goes beyond this message. It will go beyond this site. Belinda will be certain not to treat another soul the way she treated me. Thank you for your time.

One of the cleaner wawas in the area. The food is pretty good, and drinks/snacks in the convenience store frequently go on sale.

Pumps are covered in grotesque political graffiti. There have been feces on the floor near and in the bathroom several times. They never have hot subs, they are often out of items, and their drinks are always close to expiring. Last time I went in neither fountain drink machine had any syrup in them so bottled was the only option. This location used to be great but the last few years it has really gone down hill.

Overall service isn't bad but they have some of the slowest diesel pumps around. If you're getting diesel, plan on waiting at least 10 min to fill up.

Nice clean efficient place. Employees are super nice. Very reasonably priced delicious food and beverages. Cozy corner store.
