I placed a mobile order for a caramel chocolate chip and a caramel oreo frozen cappuccino, both with whipped cream. I waited 10 minutes for the drinks and the toppings and drizzle were missing. When I told the barista, she just kept saying she didn't make the drinks and she can give me a cup of toppings but she can't put them on the drinks because of cross contamination. That was really messy so I asked her to remake the drinks. After a total of 25 minutes, I get the remade drinks and they are exactly the same, with no toppings. I told the barista and showed her the photos on the Wawa app. I told her we always get these drinks and this is the first time they've ever been different that the photos and missing the toppings amd drizzle. She said she makes them like the ticket says and nothing else she can do and walked away. Meanwhile, 3 other employees just stood there and watched. When i get hot drinks, the cups are ALWAYS 3/4 full. The cups at every other Wawa have always been full. This is a new location and it is the worst I've ever been to. There is always some kind of issue here. They also have stand-up tables outside with no seats, so people won't stay long. I believe I'm owed a refund for my last mobile order.

Came to get gas and normally use the wawa app to get money off my fill up. Well, today 4/16, went to 3 different pumps and kept getting the error message that pump was unavailable. But when I paid with my physical card, the pump had no issues working. So I ended up paying full price because the employees just blame the app instead of taking steps to call the number to have them fixed. I work in retail so I know there is always someone within the company to resolve these type of issues.

This is one of the best wawa I have been at, the lady serving my food named Brenda was quick and offered to make me coffee when the coffee place was closed, had a awesome experience, will come again for more food?

This company needs to appreciate Paul. I've been working in bars n restaurants for over 30 years and I would hire him tomorrow. Paul literally paid for my food because I forgot my Navy Federal bank card was frozen become a fraudulent charge. He has always been amazing to wear I would consider him a friend. He is like a bartender in my line of work , friendly, helpful, fast and cares about the guest who come in to your business. I used to come in after work and have small talk n a meal. This guy is a bigger asset to your store then anything. Your company is blessed to have man like him as I said I'd hire him at any bar or restaurant I manage tomorrow. Who may I contact to see even the high ups can see this n appreciate the work ethic n character of this guy ???

I came at 3 am and Ashley and the other lady working deli were killing it despite being understaffed. Even when the manger seamed shaken, Ashley kept a level head and continued to get out orders.

Really frustrated with this location. Nobody inparticular, more so the system. Wawa messed up my order a while ago and sent me a $15 gift card to help with the issue. I went to use it for the 1st time today(after checking balance at home.. there's $15 on there) and when the cashier scanned it it said insufficient funds. The system man... so frustrating. The employees have never done anything wrong. I want to be very clear that this bad review is bc the system is horrible. I haven't used the gift card at all. Yet when she scanned the barcode it still said insufficient funds.
