They've been on time, and early even with their online pick-up orders! Associates there have been friendly, and seem to truly try to resolve any problems you may have with the store. Also even though it is only a "Neighborhood Walmart" they carry alot more product than most Neighborhood walmart's that I have been too! Definitely recommend this store to everyone in need of quick shopping trips!!!

This store is not operating to customer excellence. Many missing items in pick up. Order things on online app, never recieve them. "Not available "
Even though when I go into the store they have it on the shelf. Poor management.

I give this store 5 stars because this and their staff work hard in what they do to help their customers. They go above and beyond.
Especially the cashiers and customer service desk.
The ladies that work in customer service are so good at their job.
Loury i think her name is that.
And i believe the other girl name is cris crystal i think.
She has an eye patch.
They both make me smile when I see them.
They are both so helpful when I go to send money to my family. When I have a problem they go out of their way to fix it and get it done.
The only thing I have a problem with is the people who clean the restrooms.
When I go in the lady's restroom there is paper on the floor or water drops.
Someone can slip and fall.
Needs to be addressed.
But other than that everyone is so nice and helpful.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. If you're gonna expect people to check themselves out so you can employ less people, trust them enough to walk away from the checkout before threatening them like a thief. I take care of multiple elderly people and do their shopping so most of the time I'm doing multiple transactions and it's extremely insulting to have someone come up to me and act like I'm trying to steal, just because everything wasn't rung up. I'm really not sorry if I look like a thief but wait for me to actually walk away without paying for everything. If I'm still at the machine I'm obviously not done yet

Avoid this Pharmacy! Like all trying hard to manage rx cost, I check drug prices online before asking Dr to call it into this Walmart. Hours later, after an earlier call taking my personal info, this location's Pharmacist Lam calls saying only 10 of my 30 pill rx is in stock. However, he says I can pick up the initial 10 and fill the rest anytime over next 6 mos. Sounds reasonable. Also, it's almost 4:30 and too late to get the Dr office to call another store. So I tell Lam that I'll pick up the initial 10 pills.
FF to 6pm, when Lam has filled my scripts. Only there does Lam tell me Walmart will charge about the same for 10 pills as 30 pills! So efforts making sure to get the generic and price shopping wasted! I'll end up paying $40 getting my generic pills piecemeal to Neighborhood Walmart instead of the $16 online price if all 30 pills filled at once. I asked Lam why he didn't mention this over the phone, and wasn't such pricing unfair when it's Walmart that's out of stock? Lam responded nastily, unapologetically, "this is the price, you want the pills or not?" He obviously knew it was too late in the day to get the rx transferred, so I had no choice. But I'll never get an RX filled at another Walmart if Lam represents how their pharmacists deal with customers.
