The disrespect , body shaming character that members of management showed today was heart breaking and completely embarrassing. As a frequent shopper for my non profit who serves under privileged with our food pantry had to experience the disgusting behaviors of management body shaming my assistant. I was denied buying alcohol with a minor because she “looked like an adult” after politely informing them of the organization and that she was my intern shopping with me for an event they refused to let me buy a bottle of wine due to her stature . This made my intern extremely uncomfortable and mortified that even when she offered up her ID they refused to let me carry on with my purchase . We will refrain from our weekly shopping here at this store

Staff are very racist, assumed that I was with another African American woman and denied her from buying her alcohol. They kept trying to ask for both of our id’s showed them even tho I wasn’t with her they wouldn’t allow her to purchase despite that i wasn’t with the lady

Not sure if it's bad management or poor training or corporate but this location should be shut down or something I stopped in on my way home to get a few things like I do about five times a week first thing I see is a young man playing and going in circles right in front of the front door with a mobile scooter employee walks right by then go in to bakery where there was a strawberry desert 2 days past date so I walk back to deli nobody in sight I ring bell several times wait ten minutes so I look for employees find one at registers ask if anyone was working the deli and he got rude with me and said ask service desk so I walk over there when I ask the young lady she gets rude she said she'll ask manager so walk back to deli and wait the manager doesn't come the young lady did wants to try and tell me deli is separate and they are at lunch why would both of all employees go at the same time they wear Walmart uniforms not subway or McDonald's I have worked customer service for years and never have seen such poor customer service who do they think spends money there so they have a job I will never spend a penny in the store again and by the I went to the big one and did get what I wanted close this store

There were no associates working the cash registers again this afternoon. This time I had a full cart of groceries and water. The manager informed me that she had no one to cashier. There were five associates standing around the registers and self checkout. I asked a young associate to assist me at a self checkout. I am over eighty years old. I needed a little help. I don't understand Walmart's policy on the treatment of its customers. I consider it inhumane.

Awesome ? service! I had the pleasure of having the terrific trio ! Please excuse me I don't recall their names but they helped me out on 6/5/24 @ 7:09pm to pack my unbagged 205 item pick up order lol yeah you read write unbagged. They handled me and the situation like champions ?! Is you recall the wife and hubby duo with this order and you helped pack my order than THANK YOUUU AND YOU 3 NEED A RAISE!!

I love the fact they let you shop for your groceries, scan your groceries, bag your groceries, and pay for your groceries. All the while there's only one babysitter watching four checkouts, and the line is down the center aisle!!! Go Walmart!

Very clean store with many different items then on my local one. So, I made a couple of purchases. The one thing I loathe about Walmart is the lack of registers open while 3 employees hang out talking. Meanwhile, there was a long line. Self ckouts should offer a discount. There I said it.

I was ok with them not having the kind of litter box that I wanted. This was more of a grocery, than a full service Walmart. I was not OK with the fact that I wanted to get two bananas. There was only self-serve registers open and they had multiple people in line with half or more carts of food. They were long lines for me to wait is when I only wanted two bananas.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market had What I Wanted at the Right $$$!! It was Right on the Way Home! Easy to Get In and Out! But Inside Temperature IS POLAR!! Very Uncomfortable Temperature in the Fresh Foods, Deli Section !!!

I had a very maddening experience today. I have been going to this Walmart for 6 years.
After being diagnosed with bronchitis and feeling awful I had to stop by to pick up a few items. There was no one in check out ( with help) only self check out. My register just froze. I had to do it all over on another one. There were only 2 people in self check out and 2 in customer service. Thank God for Ms. Mary and Mr. Bob ...they were busy with other registers ( that froze) but made time for me. Apparently managers in a meeting. Bring back checkers...we aren't getting any discount for doing it ourselves!

The fact they now have more products that have unscannable barcode made self checkout for major grocery shopping time consuming, inconvenient and pointless. And not to mention the insult I as a customer had to experience when some wanna be managerial guy manually entered a code for an item I and him both couldn’t scan. He was not there to provide customer service, he was there to condemn why I couldn’t do his job right. Now, I don’t get paid to bag your groceries , price of your products isn’t that irresistible and I have options to take my groceries shopping else where. It’s sad that this Walmart used to be a neighborhood store.
