I'm furious. Apparently the pharmacist thinks they know better than my doctor. They also wasted my doctor's time taking all the details when they knew they would not fill it. They refused to fill my prescription sent by my doctor. Further delaying my treatment. I'll never bother with this location again. In fact, I may take all Walgreens of my list.

Scheduled for second covid shot for 815 this morning. Been here since 745. The techs and pharmacist are too busy talking about how their schedules suck. When I offered to show the tech my online code she rolled her eyes and made me repeat all my paperwork. Very rude. Now she has been talking to the pharmacist for the past 10 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Before Covid I used to shop the Walgreen on Walsingham in Indian Rocks quite a bit. IT was always clean and the people employed there was so nice to every body. Now, I don't shop anywhere so I take advantage of their prescription delivery service and they are fantastic. I just spoke to Caitlyn and asked for delivery on a new antibiotic. She was so kind and thoughtful, was pleasant to talk to and acted like she cared.

Store is very clean and aisles are wide and marked for easy shopping. Walgreens is the only place I shop for milk, by far the cheapest price for a gallon of Borden milk, noticed their refrigeration system is very cold. Staff friendly and easy in and out, much faster than grocery store if going for milk.

The pharmacy is open 24/7. I had to visit on Easter they were the only one open out of three different cities or towns.

Original issue began when pharmacy filled a high priced prescription( almost $600.00) without calling to verify if this was affordable to me. Upon going to pick it up, hearing the cost, it was refused & was to have been reversed. After six days, it had not been reversed, and I attempted to call into the pharmacy to remind them to cancel the prescription. I was on hold for 35 minutes, and when the call was finally answered, the individual at the pharmacy said "hello", then hung up. Frustrating! Ultimately I ended up physically going to the store to again request the rx to be reversed.

Tricare switched from CVS to Walgreens and we have had longer waits and inability to fill some antibiotics prescriptions because they needed to have them shipped in from another Walgreens the following day.

One of my favorite Walgreens ever - staff is friendly and helpful. Well stocked and though there is another Walgreens closer to my house, I drive the extra mile to shop here.
