I will never go back here I requested a hair color and cut just wanted the dead ends cut off my side shaved and my hair colored. I ended up with white hair instead of a blonde. She cut my hair way too short so now I have a mushroom head and then they still insisted on me paying $75 so don’t waste your money, then argue in a different language at me and yell at me. Nope, I’m good bad customer service bad communication.

Tina does an amazing job on my hair with both the color and the cut! I also like that I can schedule a pedicure at the same time, so that gets done while the hair color is processing. Very efficient and great prices!

ABSOLUTELY CATASTROPHIC! They ruined my hair here, they do not know how to do hair here. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR, NOT IF ITS FREE!!!!!!!!!! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!!!! You ruined my perfectly good hair, did nothing I asked you to do, and ruined my hair for a long time. I see others have had similar experiences. POOR QUALITY EQUIPMENT, AND THEY ARE UNEDUCATED ON HOW TO DO HAIR. IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON’T DO IT, DON’T HURT PEOPLE. I remember these people are all about the money, talking about how much money or businesses they have. Yet if they could provide one good quality service, I would be surprised. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Called to make an appointment for a family member. I didn’t know who had done her hair the first time she went. The women on the phone was impatient and rude. I simply asked her if she had anyway of looking up who did her hair last. She yells “you have to know the person!.” ummm ok. Most salons have a system in place where you can look up past clients. Even if they don’t for whatever reason. There’s no need to be rude. First impressions are everything. And that wasn’t it. I hung up, I’ll treat my family member to somewhere more kind and appreciative of my money.

Very poor service!! Staff didn’t have the patience to explain about hair highlights and was being harsh while answering my questions. As a new customer, I would expect some suggestions from the hair stylist, but was not treated well by the staff. It was a bad experience at this place this time!
