Do not go here to upgrade and trade in your phone. It has been 3 months since I switched to Verizon and traded in my old phone and I still have not received a trade in credit. And the employees want to get an attitude when questioning what’s taking so long. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

Me and my girlfriend went in today she was switching to verizon and we had this guy named Logan help us. he was incredibly nice and super patient and helpful. he helped us for almost 2 hours get everything solved. one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had.

Verizon at Walsingham and Indian rocks road Largo - Austin has been most helpful and patient person, always willing to listen to your concerns and come up with a solution/ resolution! It's always a pleasure to see his smiling face as I know I will walk out a very satisfied 19 year Verizon customer!

I was in town for a few days, jumped in a pool with my phone and ended the long life of my Iphone7. I stopped by this location to get a replacement and got fantastic customer service that I didn’t even know still existed. Austin was extremely helpful.
