Be very careful dealing with this store. I recently had an issue where the salesman charged my bill much more than he told me it would be. Mistakes happen so I figured reach out and they will take care of it. When I did reach out they assured me I'd be taken care of and apologize for the mistake. Not only did they not fix the mistake they are now charging me for their mistake rather than fixing it and doing the right thing. I have even reached out to their regional manager, she has been zero help. I have called her, left her voicemails, left her text messages and she won't even speak to me to try and resolve this issue. Be very careful with cellular sales, that is the company that owns this store it is not a Verizon corporate store.

The team and my sales associate at Verizon were helpful when I called to ask a general question about switching. While switching carriers and having so many moving parts and questions. I am thankful for the knowledgeable staff who helped accommodate my needs to find the best deals and options and ensure I got what I wanted in my price range. I highly recommend the Verizon East Bay Drive store, from setting up my new items to making a personal appointment to ensure I was helped when I got into accessories, gadgets, and recommendations. The store is super spacious and friendly, too, which made the experience even better!

Amazing service and honestly best deals. I was a walk-in the day before Thanksgiving, and I got what I needed within 10 minutes of walking in the door! They are an authorized Verizon seller but not "corporate", so they are only here to help - not making money for the company.

On Saturday, I went to this store to address issues that had arisen with my account due to a change in the payment method. A salesperson named Dakota spent 30 minutes of my time and ultimately did nothing to help resolve the problems. Furthermore, his wife and child were standing next to us, waiting for attention. None of the employees asked her to wait somewhere else while he helped resolve the issues. The salesperson himself didn't say a word. I felt uncomfortable asking the lady with the child to leave. Is it even normal to provide service in the presence of a store employee's family? It was extremely unpleasant.As a result, on Sunday morning, I called customer support to ensure that everything was working. To my surprise, I was told that none of my requests had been addressed by the store employee. The staff at this store constantly changes, and in all this time, they have never provided proper support.

Upon arrival we were helped by someone who was not so helpful, and instead of helping us directly they just gave verbal instructions on how to fix our “broken” (just came out of the box, wouldn’t turn on, he had no answers. ) Told us “try going to a phone repair store”… Anyways, after a very long day we decided to return for more help since we weren’t getting very far. Jesse took over the original guys position for us and worked EXTENSIVELY to help us. Calling numbers, changing SIMS, finding us the cheapest option, and even went as far to make the insurance claim on the “broken” phone for us which the other guy told us would only be available over the phone through our own time. He was able to solve the issue the other guy didn’t seem to care to help us with. Thank you Jesse!!!

if you go to this Verizon store, ensure that if you want insurance on your phone, you ask for it; because apparently at least one of the workers there, Marcos, does not ask you, but checks off that you declined insurance; then, when you need insurance, they do not say it is their mistake and fix it; you end up paying about $600 for the phone that could have been covered under insurance. Buyer beware. (Shocking, how I knew the response I would get from the "owner"...LOL). They really care, i can tell. LOL.
