My package was lost. Supervisor Dave found it and had it delivered the house. I appreciate the hard work. I know this job isn’t easy.
The front desk employees were very helpful and patient trying to locate my package. I was able to witness several pleasant interactions with customers/employees. One employee stopped a customer from accidentally dropping off a FedEx package while she was in the middle of a transaction. It’s refreshing to see those small acts of kindness.
Thank you for all you do!

Most incompetent post office I've ever had to deal with.
Had a package delivered while I wasn't home, which needed to be signed for. Mail carrier left the slip stating that the package could be picked up the next day or I had the option to reschedule delivery. I went the next day to the post office to pick up my package, however they were unable to locate my package. I waited there a half hour while they looked, but had an appointment I had to get to so I left my phone number for them. About an hour later I got a call that they found my package. At this point I asked them to attempt a delivery tomorrow because I would not make it back to the post office before they closed.
The next day my mail carrier drops my mail in my box and yet again no package. I called the post office again and once again they have no idea where my package is. The person I spoke with said there where 5 trucks that it could be on and she would reach out to them to see who had it and when it would be expected to be delivered. Over an hour later I still had not heard from them so I called back, as I had somewhere to be. She said she still had not located my package, but as soon as she did she would call to see what time would be good to deliver. An hour later they attempted to deliver my package and of course I was not home.
As soon as I got home I called the post office again and asked them why they attempted to deliver without calling me. The person on the phone said that the post master found the package at the facility and wanted to get it to me. I explained that I was supposed to get a call from then when they located it so I could make sure I was home

To all the employees @ the 8th Ave S.W. location in Largo, thank you thank you, thank you.
It is not easy to deal with, interact, give positive energy to humans all day, but this particular post office does a fantastic job of showing consistent, professional and pleasant exchanges each and every time I go in and need help. I appreciate the employees whom work @ this particular location, because this post office location is always staffed adequately and the employees are helpful, each and every one of them. It's a clean post office, parking is always available, and it's an organized post office location. Keep up the great work ? to all the employees at this post office location. This is one Largo resident that appreciates all you do.

If there's a line it moves quickly. Knowledgeable, explaining the different options for shipping. It is the cheapest way to ship compared to UPS or FedEx.

2nd Saturday in may. The post office left us a bag to put out our can goods for donation for people in need. I watched as they went down our street on May 11th and drove right by all donations and never picked them up. Tried again on Monday May 13th. Same thing. Left them sitting there by the mailbox. Whats up with that?

There is always a huge line.There informed delivery doesn't work at all.I have a p o box there and I never know when there's mail in the box it's ridiculous

I love the postal service...where else can you send a letter for 40 some odd cents...of course they are pros at sending the best junk mail as well, but I guess you take the good with the bad. The USPS is still better than FedEx or UPS.

This place is not scanning half of the packages, keeping them for an extra day or 2 instead of dispatching them out right away. Some get lost and delayed a few days. I would recommend going to another post office. Typical lazy government managed place.

USPS should closed this place, since I move to Largo I have not received any letter or package coming from this place. taking to manager is wasting time, I open a case with USPS is under investigation, I don't see the time a private company buy out this garbage service.

The staff is horrible, but the town is nice. I was informed they never held my mail. I immediately then had to witness a grown man temper tantrum by the clerk, the cashier chick was even worse, & no supervisor to help. I would avoid dealing with these people.

I go to this post office often and every time has been great. Everyone is friendly and I get outta there quickly.
