Went in and got a paper notarized. Cost $10. Sent a couple papers out UPS ground and it cost $13.19. Bought a bubble mailer to place the papers in to ensure they stayed safe. Was only $1.75. The gentleman that helped me was efficient, and nice. I honestly messed up, and forgot to take pictures of the paperwork before sealing the mailer and handing to him b4 I walked out. Ended up having to walk back in there and ask him if there was anyway we could open it back up so I could take pictures to send to the necessary person. He had no problem helping me do that, and even carefully cut it open and taped it back up for me after I was done. Idk what the bad reviews are about. I've been here a few times and have been served by a few different employees. I've never had any issues with anyone being rude or not helping me. Was in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Will come back as needed. Especially bc this location is less than 5 min drive from my house. Thankyou to the gentleman that helped me. I appreciate you.

Came in to ship a skateboard I bought while I was in Florida to my house down in New Hampshire. The young lady who checked us out was very respectful and helped us out very well, aswell as being very specific. There was no crazy lines to wait In and the pricing was reasonable.

I don't expect to find a new friend here, nor do I need one. I do expect to find an employee who is courteous and helpful. Being an owner/operator business, you would expect that return business is the cornerstone of keeping the lights on. I do a considerable amount of business through UPS. and just recently used this one. I'll be going back to my original store, even though it is further away. Seems that in reading back at other reviews, I'm not the only person with the same opinion.

I had a mailbox here for a few years and was impressed with how well-run their operation was, and how excellent the customer service was. I wish I could take their whole team with me to another UPS store where I am now!

They are always very busy in there but they have no problem taking care of everyone. I always have my QR code ready for them for Amazon returns and try to make their job a little easier and less complicated.

If only I could give -10 stars..... I ordered a gift for a friend and specifically redirected it to this store as to make sure it was signed for upon delivery. I got an email saying it was delivered to this location and told my friend it was ready for pick up. Imagine my shock and outrage when she called me from the store and informed me that they couldn't locate the package. Delivered by Gino, UPS driver to this UPS store, signed by Scott, UPS store owner, yet they can't find it??? Seriously??! One job people. One job.
