Excellent customer service! I had to return my old cable equipment and instead of waiting hours at spectrum to do so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! They even packaged everything up.

Employee number 298859 was extremely helpful with a return that I had that I was concerned about. She helped me print a label that I wasn't able to print otherwise. And help me with a code to scan to get my other order organized.

Seriously cannot say enough great things about my experience with this location- specifically with Chad in printing. They told me I could bring my Amazon return in a black trash bag because I already threw out the big box. Then wouldn't take it when I brought it in a black trash bag. Waste of time.
