I see a lot of negative comments and I think they might be true but I believe this location has taken care of that situation. I went for the 1st time and had a great experience w Kathleen! She turned me on to the new customers discount! The product is outstanding and a great price! It's worth another shot!

Can’t get anything done through customer support. They are not equipped to make changes to an order, either to reschedule or cancel it. Everything must be done via support submitting a ticket to the store, who the customer cannot reach directly. This is very inconvenient. I have no way confirming that the delivery won’t come tomorrow and I’ll have to awkwardly turn them away, nor do I know for sure if it’s coming Wednesday when I intended to reschedule it for. Sorry, I have a life and a schedule and can’t wait until 11 am the morning of the delivery to know it’s coming. This is way too much red tape and a sign that a company had gotten too big to the detriment of its customers. I can just go to a smaller provider who can answer a phone and give me a 2 hour window with a confirmation email.

This is only place I go! However signed up for rewards program! When I go shop it's like I never signed up! I have sent numerous emails & phone calls! Not once did I get resolution or response! It should never be that hard! If they don't correct it soon, I'll be taking my business elsewhere where my money is appreciated! Such a bummer ?

Yesterday I had a horrible experience I made a online order, went to pick up and my order was denied cause my I.D. expired 5 days ago, not my license, it expires next month in June 2024. Went home fixed it and went back to pick up my order. When I arrived home and opened a bottle, it was unusual, to be so tight. When the top finally came off there was a little opening on the bottle seal and seemed like it wasn't 3.5 so I weighed it and weighed 2.7 I began chatting with someone besides telling me that it was being recorded they made it seem like machinery never fails and if they have cameras how the hell was it tampered with and missing .8 (almost a gram) this is worst than buying in the street...They false advetise they're products, provide expired medication and tampered with/opened with less amount...

Wow. Worst rewards in the state. Wasted money yesterday to get ro a certain level just to be told your site is wrong. You clowns need to honor the information. Will never be back. Lord help ya if you contact the company for help. It's like the bottom of the stupidity barrel here at Trulieve.
