We rented the tile grout cleaner. It broke partway through our rental. They didn’t have a replacement and wouldn’t fully refund despite the job not being able to be completed. Told us they had another one but when I arrived I was told it had a do not rent on it. No others available from Home Depot. Unreliable equipment and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

We are loyal Home Depot customer. we also celebrate Christmas Traditionally with our LIVE TREE going up about 10 days before Christmas & remaining up until an Epiphany Epiphany (January6th). Yesterday we went to purchase our tree.There were virtually none available of a height that would fit in most homes.Those remaining were either very tall or needle bare.VERY VERY disappointing.I urge our retailers to remember tradition and bring fresh trees in later than for Black Friday.

Unbelievably horrible experience with the flooring department as well as assistant store manager & CRS rep. I purchased over $7K flooring back on 4/30. Install of luxury vinyl plank was done terribly wrong & left with gaps in transitions along with holes in each entry way/corner of the house. Assistant store manager said that this would be ripped out & reinstalled correctly back on 8/5. Well, 2 months after waiting for the new order to come in now no one seems to remember this nor willing to help fix - only a partial fix is now being offered. I absolutely can not believe the lack of customer service along the assistant store manager now denying that he would fix this job. And basically calling us liars that he didn't say that, he would never say that after stating he doesn't remember the conversation at all. UNBELIEVABLE! Please review the pictures attached as they tell the store better than I can. Would anyone be happy with a "professional" install left this way? Honestly as the customer I feel totally in the dark with no solution except hiring an attorney meaning a few thousand more for a job that was obviously done completely wrong.

I placed my orders in March and still waiting for one cabinet door. No buddy seams to be able to answer this question or know why and worse yet care .This is the HOME Depot Largo so let reach out to all my Healthcare Friends and family Do not go there. Or any Home Depot. This is there attitude ,first time it happens on installation. The lady responded with Well it's just a little mistake. How about it my Health Care worker are we able to make mistakes Next response was you will have it 2 weeks That was over a month ago. So I went to the store now there saying it will be another month

I have lived in quite a few states and have happily shopped in Home Depot's in all those states. I moved to Largo, FL and bought $3200 of flooring from the store located In Largo on June 22nd. Since that day I have been trying to get the flooring properly delivered or in lieu of that to get a refund. I have spoken to numerous associates and managers but it is now July 7th and the flooring has not been delivered into my home as promised and I have not gotten a refund as promised. This is the worst Home Depot that I have ever shopped at and will not be going back there again (other than to continue to attempt to get my refund.). I am a senior citizen and a retired prosecuting attorney so you would think that they would have made more of an effort.

I ordered an item online for pickup at the Largo store. It was supposed to be a 3-prong Inermatic electric timer, the heavy-duty kind. I was specifically purchasing a 3 prong. The cardboard box it came in states 3 prongs. The actual timer in the box, however, was a 2-prong timer from the same manufacturer. Then I realized the box had already been opened before. So not only was I getting a used item, probably, but the item I got should never have been put in the box, to begin with. I thought at first I must have accidentally ordered the wrong item, but I double-checked and I had indeed ordered the 3-prong timer. So I paid $17 for the right cardboard box, and now have a $13.98 timer I can't use, requiring yet another trip back to the store. It's one way to turn a profit, I suppose.

Want to return it when you're broke and they gave me the big runner around called Dewalt Got the big run around you know don't buy s*** for them. Sir Shane people don't honor their equipment So really how could you honor them

I had problems with the home depot on gulf to bay with renting a truck. I was about to give up but gave this location a call and David answered. He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . I was extremely frustrated and David made it all seem so simple which I thought it would be and it was.. the other store just could careless. Thank you so much again David for your customer service !

This review is strictly for the propane refill tanks . I stopped buying propane here a couple years ago, do to them only selling halfway full tanks. Ace is cheaper and fills them up all the way . Recently, in a jam I bought a refill from largo Home Depot. To my surprise, it was actually full! I was very happy. Told everyone I know. Came back and bought another one. Then tonight, I bought one and it's so light, I think my empty was heavier! The hassle of returning it and getting my empty back , isn't worth it. Please don't make the same mistake as me and pay full price for a used , halfway full tank, when you can go down the street and get a full tank for a dollar less. Home Depot is always finding ways to cheat the customers. Anyone involved in this scam, deserves cancer of the eyes.

EVERY single time we have ordered something for pick up from this location and gone to pick it up the merchandise hasn't even been pulled from stock and we end up waiting at least an extra 20 mins for them to get it from stock. How is this convenient to anyone? Every time......

One of my go to stores when we garden or house fixer upper type items. I went in to get some shelving and of course I had to get a new drill because it makes the shelving easier to install. They have a way of doing that with all the shiny new things that catches your eye. Now I have my eye on a water softener because it was in an aisle I walked down but my wife talked me down safely from the ledge because of course it was for her at least that was my reasoning. I know with Covid they have less helpers around and hopefully we all can get thru this soon.

This is a shout out to Wanda -In the LARGO, FL store.Pro Sales counter on Sat 12/26.WANDA!I was the lady checking out with all the discount paperwork, etc., and 3 carts full of stuff.YOU WERE SO AWESOME!I was in a furious mood at HD - but you handled things very professionally and always maintained a smile no matter how fussy I got.Thank you again for a great check-out experience ..... and for helping me with lifting my waters. :)Happy New Year to you.

home depot doesn't need to make promises they can't keep . I swear no one in that store can tell the truth and the manager is rude and his answer was oh well! looks like lowes is my go to store from now on and ill put my home depot card in the shedder !
