Was extremely impressed with the way they (Steve) took the time to understand my problem and were willing to tackle an unorthodox issue. My electric car seat was stuck all the way forward making the car very difficult to drive safely. They diagnosed it, scoured the used parts suppliers (much to my pleasant surprise) and worked out an acceptable temporary solution for a very fair price. “They do a good job overall. Yes I would recommend. My irritation was the prices went up significantly. One year ago, my oil change was $79.99 now it’s $125.!! Way too much. I understand times are tough but really? A little more transparency would be good. I was told they topped off my fluids. I asked them if I would be charged. They said no. When I looked at my bill, I was charged. Also, I was told that that oil change price was only for 4 quarts and that cars normally take 5 quarts so I paid an extra $8.99 for an extra quart of oil. That seems sneaky to me. It seems to be a corporate problem. Nobody’s listening to each other.”

“Jake and Laslo [Lazlo?] are two of the absolute best. These guys were 5 minutes from closing on a Friday and I walk in with a hell of a story about my brand new e-bike and how the front tire was over inflated and completely misaligned. It broke on me during a ride and I could barely drag it into their shop. I was just asking if they knew anyone with a pick up truck I could lend a hand from since I lived a few blocks away. Instead, Jake was gracious enough to let me use a few of his tools to see if I could fix it. Laslo went to deflate it and re-aligned it just by hand.
If it wasn't for Jake and Laslo I would have been basically stranded with ~100lbs of dead weight and a 1.5-2 mile walk. Ultimate professionalism.”

“I took my car in for a quick cabin filter change thinking it was in and out, simple and cheap. My routine maintenance provider had not been doing this so I thought Ice Cold Air was just for AC. The owner, I presume, explained that they are a full service repair shop and my little job would be subject to their standard hourly labor rate. So he called over to the Auto Zone (AZ) and arranged for them to install my AC filter free of charge. They, AZ, did it right away without charging me and although I gave the AZ employee a hefty tip, it still saved me at least $40 based on the hourly labor fee at Ice Cold Air. He didn’t have to do that and I would have paid, but he purposefully did not take advantage of this ‘lil old lady’ despite being an easy target. I would trust them with other needs for my vehicle.”

Tire Express put my spare on free of charge and wouldn't even take a tip even though they knew I wasn't buying a new tire from them. I wish I had. They were honest and efficient. Would recommend if you're in the Largo area.”
