We had such a great experience picking out our floors with Ryan. He really took time to review the different types of flooring and the features and benefits to each. The floor we chose was a great quality and a tremendous value.Once we had selected our floor installation was scheduled to start only 2 days later and after a day and a half my entire house was transformed.The Floor Store is locally owned and add that personal touch and client satisfaction. We highly recommend!

Best service and quality…we had a total repipe and re-drain done in our home. After the plumbers were done, the floors were not level and a mess. Ryan and his team were miracle workers. The before and after photos say it all! We are very pleased!

The reps were very helpful in selecting the hardwood floors that I was looking for. Ryan provided me with several samples that I could take home to see in my home lighting. Once I decided on the floor it was installed within a week. Install went without a hitch. The guys were great! I’ve purchased caret from this store as well. Very happy with all my purchases.

I don't post often but had a bad customer experience here. The estimator was mad that I could not take the appointment earlier than the scheduled time and left. When I called, they said to use another vendor.I read other posts about the poor customer experience and was going to use them nonetheless. At least I found out early on that the other posts were true.After going through this, I would recommend Bob's Carpet and Flooring. They came the same day, the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable, and we were able to lock in the installation with great rates and financing terms.

Great prices and very friendly staff the whole process went really smooth, I called in months ago to get an estimate and they saved all of my information which was extremely helpful since I couldn’t remember the exact colors I wanted, I would 100% recommend the floor store!
