It's been a while sense I left a review for a business. Where to start..? First, ignore the biased reviews as this dealership is amazing; look no further for saving thousands on a premium vehicle. Myself and my wife needed a van badly, our jeep is being outgrown as our family grew, we painstakingly researched multiple online dealers and visited multiple dealers. The process was overwhelming, more than we bargained for, then we found the auto port inc. This place is seriously a hidden gem, the van itself beat out the competition by multiple thousands of dollars, and with little over 5k miles it's hard to beat this deal. Everything is Carfax approved and authorized, no gimics just excellent vehicles. I don't know anywhere else that offered 2020 vehicle with low miles, prestine condition, and at 22k out the door. The deal of a lifetime! I just bought my van from Noell who is an outstanding, compassionate individual. Noell understands what people are looking for, he doesn't play games, doesn't cut corners, he gets the test drive going and doesn't force the sale. Matter of fact without his help we would've never discovered a secondary financing option for financing our van, Suncoast Credit Union, hard to beat @3.5% apr. I can only say thank you Noell for making my family dreams come true and making the untamable to ubtanable.

Loved dealing with Noell! This was my first time buying a car by myself, and they didn’t disappoint. Went with a 2009 Nissan Sentra which was priced extremely fair and in amazing condition. We had some complications with my insurance, and they were happy to hold the car for me until I could get it straightened out and did their best to help me. I’m so thankful for how friendly and inviting they were which definitely made my first car buying experience less scary!

Please be aware of this dealership selling cars that have been wrecked and repaired by shade tree mechanics. Be sure to run your own car fax. I have purchased a few vehicles as well as my family on several occassions. When I purchased a car from the dealership that had been previously wrecked and repaired and not disclosed. Please be aware of this dealership selling cars that have been wrecked and repaired by shade tree mechanics. Be sure to run your own car fax. I have purchased a few vehicles as well as my family on several occassions. When I purchased a car from the dealership that had been previously wrecked and repaired and not disclosed. I was very disappointed and brought it owners attention because those repairs were not going to be covered by a insurance claim. The owner hid behind his phone and would not return any of my calls or messages. Not a professional experience at all! I have almost a $ 900.00 bill for a car that was wrecked and repaired at this dealership. I only found out because the car that I own now that I purchased from The Auto Port was rear ended. I of course had to get it repaired at a dealership. The repairs the Auto Port completed prior to my purchase were not done properly. The repairs were completely sub standard and not done to dealership specs. The vehicle looked good from the outside even with the wrong parts.. Not the same picture or story under the bumper cover. Wrong parts used, parts shaved and glued. They even put after market tail lights in the vehicle that are bad and hold water. But they made it look good on the outside. The inside was destroyed including all brackets. I have pictures. These repairs were never disclosed and the car being in a wreck was never disclosed. Be Aware of The Auto Port Inc. Professionalism to say the least and shade tree mechanic specials. I will never do business again with this company. My family and Friends are aware of the incident and they no longer will do any business with this company. I bought my van from here. It was the first used car I have ever bought. Had only 8,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty. Have never had any problems with it owned it for 3 years. The buying was easy zero pressure and a fantastic price. Very happy.
