Embarrassing to even call this a bank. Half the workers just sitting in a huddle gossiping like teenage girls. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Convenient my a$$$$$

the worse bank. I deposited a check and was told it will clear the next day and that I would have have a 100 dollars available to me, only to hold on to the check for 6 days and no money available only to put my account into overdraf. I called them to try to get them to resolve this issue but they gave me the runaround. my accountant is screwed due to their own fault. I will never use them again and will change banks as soon as they release my check.

The customer service in this place is so good that i forget its a bank. When i walk in the door I’m greeted by family not employees. They make it feel like a family reunion and not just a regular ole trip to the bank. Nedra miller and Maybel Suarez should get raises and promotions.

In my experience, TD Bank is one of the nation's most reputable bank. Every branch. Including the Largo branch have given extraordinary service.

I came in seriously discouraged with TD Bank. I spoke with a young man named Jaron. I left still feeling there was no hope. He stuck his neck out and went to bat for me and I cannot be more appreciative. He saved me from a lot of banking headaches. This kid deserves a raise!

I had to have a new account made due to fraud on my account and going into this branch was fast, easy and fun. Nedra miller is an absolute gift from heaven who made my process efficient and effective. Nedra has a gift for making a customer feel valued and respected which I enjoyed. This is definitely the best branch in the county.

You could lose your life savings here! A disabled senior (75+) being scammed goes into this branch to wire money after already been rejected by another bank since they recognized the scam. This customer brings cashier checks from the other bank with her life savings of over $200,000. This TD branch just wired it out - it is all gone. After, when asked if it raised any red flags why a customer would bring cashiers checks from another bank to this bank just to immediately wire it out, or if they even questioned why she would be wiring this money, the response from their clerk was "no."Horrible service and protection for their senior customers!

One week ago the bank did a wire transfer, simple transaction that a child could do, they screwed it up and are now giving me a royal run around they owe me$2300 and will not even return my phone calls, they admitted it was their fault yet have still done nothing to rectify the problem, they say they care about customers but I think they could care less, even the bank manager won't help, I am absolutely disgusted with how I'm being treated, if you phone their number you receive no answer and are told to leave a message on a line that is not monitored regularly, guess if you are not rich they don't really want your business or even care if youre a customer or not, doesn't pay to be just a normal everyday person
