Well went to do order pickup which is completely separate from returns. There were customers being helped that were before me returning products I patiently waited by the order pickup area for my turn. Associate did not tell me anything until she was done helping those before me that I was in the wrong area to wait and that I needed to be in the one line. Then she proceeded to assist those that came into the line after me all of them white. After this experience Target has lost my business because as an African American this infuriated me.

So i don’t mind this target- but i would not trust their freezer section. My boyfriend & I have bought both- super pretzels (dated 8-5-23) Mind you the date was on the inside tab so we couldn’t check it Also eggo waffles (6-19-23) which was my fault for not checking but it’s something we shouldn’t really have to worry about. Both were purchased this past week (1-7-24) they need to make sure they are pulling outdated product, so people aren’t getting sick.

Self checkout with a creepy, breaking bad looking security guard breathing down my neck. Shopping sucks enough already. Hire some cashiers and pay them a enough to deal with your horrible customers!

So I have to vent about this. I am proud of my honesty as most people . So in the self check out at this Target a very rough employee snapped what did you put in the bag before that item . I said batteries, do you want to look? She said no that’s ok. I didn’t say anything but was offended. If we are all under a microscope on self check lines, then get rid of them and open up manned registers . Yes there is a lot of theft , and they need to go back to manned registers . Last time I go to self check in that store .

10am Jan 1st... store was almost empty. I went to buy some stoage containers a couple of mine have cracked. The staff kept watching me like I was going to steal some. I glared right back at her when I went to check out only 4 self checkouts were open I went to C/S asked about opening a cashier checkout I was not self checking out. He played with his phone for about 10 minutes trying to log into something lol. I just waited. He finally asked the self check out watcher to " help" me. Oh yeah he did it. I didn't lift a finger. Probably won't go back.. to that one. Horrible
