I do not recommend using this branch I am an account owner and went in to cash my refund check and the teller refused to cash my check saying I had to deposit it! I truly feel I was racially discriminated against. I called the bank’s customer service and they said there was no reason she could not have cashed my check! I was forced to use another cash checking service which cost me $377 to cash. So guess who won’t be getting the funds I owe Synovus now that they cost me an additional $377

Terrible service no call back, misreporting a perfectly paid on time line of credit as a charge off, and will not fix it, have retained an attorney to file suit

I called a local bank to ask a question regarding a ? and the prompts took me three times to girls working from home and can't answer any questions. How can customers ask questions for other than checking acct balances.?
