Well I came in yesterday to this location and I will admit, I've never had an issue with Suterra and had given them a 5 star review but now theres an issue.I got two different strands and one of them was "Ice cream social" which is usually awesome.I just got home and was looking forward to having some and when I opened up the seal? Two small buds. That's it. I knew it wasn't 3.5 so when I looked into it, it was 1.4. I know it's not Largos fault but damn. Guess I just have basically half of what I paid for this time.I emailed them so I am awaiting responseUpdate on issue. Told I would be contacted within 25 hours.It's been over a week. Still no resolve.

Grabbed some PB&Smelly today. 1 huge beautiful nug! Can't wait to smoke. Was served today by Natalie & Raymond (I believe his name is). Always superior service with a great group of employees! PLEASE allow us patients to leave a tip for your hard working employees. As a budtender myself at a local dispensary that accepts tips I can tell you it is greatly appreciated. This is a great group of workers and I would very much like to be able to show a little extra gratitude with a tip.

This location and the staff here are just Amazing!!!!!! Savannah and Liam at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful! Raymond was also so nice and wonderful about explaining my order! They for sure have a new customer for life!

We bring our elderly mother to this location, and the entire staff is very helpful, super patient and always friendly. Today was our first home delivery as well, and Liam couldn't have been nicer and made the whole process super easy

My First time here was incredible! The two at the front, Jaxon and Carson, were very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. They took some extra time to let me know of everything I qualified for being a first time customer and I ended up getting more than what I planned because the deals were so good. The gentleman who helped me check out, Raymond, was also very helpful and made sure to triple check my order and informed me about some other products. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing dispensary. The staff is absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about the Largo location. Special shout out to Raymond and Kevin. They're so great to talk to and go above and beyond for their customers! Highly recommend.

This was my second visit. I ordered online the first visit and the process was efficient and painless. Today I just walked in and found out why this will be my "Go-to" dispensary. Jaxon and Sam were able to easily guide me to the products I wanted. Great combo of professionalism and personalism with these two. I'm not picky and heavily rely on staff experience and feedback they get from customers. Much easier here than 4 other places I have visited. My order was quickly prepped and checked out by Kevin. Super smooth process, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

I got completely lied to by them. First time I went I was told I’d get 60% off but everything was already on sale for more than that except one thing so he suggested I not get that one thing so I could save my 60% off for more than a couple dollars. I did that and went to another store to get the one thing I was gunna get there. I came back to buy a bunch of things and use my 60% off I NEVER used and was told I can’t use it cause it’s not my first time here. After explaining the whole thing and also the people that are here are the same people from last time and remember the whole thing but still nope not gunna do it. That is crazy. I’ll def never be back. There is 2 way better shops less than a mile from them so they’ll be getting my service. Straight up lying to customers is a no go for me. The fact that they even remember and admit to the lie but don’t fix it is crazy to me.

Website says pn smelly is $35 bucks i have a 40 percent off coupon. So 21 bucks right no they tried to charge me 30 bucks. The guy at the desk was extremely rude. Never go there. They dont have customer service and try to rip you off

Surterra in Largo is my favorite dispensary! Staff is always wonderful and helpful, and I really appreciate the chill atmosphere. It’s always super efficient and quick, even on holidaze. Will continue to be a repeat customer
