Paul and his crew were absolutely amazing. The stress from the hurricane cleanup is beyond comprehension. I couldn’t give Paul an exact date to come out because of all the uncertainty. When I did call, he was out the very next day. He did an amazing job on my floors. Very professional and truly went out of his way to help in whatever way he could. Even the simplest thing as having a clean floor in times like this, can give you the boost you need , to know that eventually things will get better. Still a long road ahead but knowing my floors, including the bathroom and shower floors were sanitized and will help alleviate mold and mildew, brings comfort. Paul lets you decide what you can afford to pay, no worries about price gouging.
I 100% recommend Paul. I will not hesitate to call him again when needed.

We hired Paul to clean our tile floors in our 4 condos. He arrived with his team member Erica on four separate dates and came ready to work early on all four of those days…early is good in my book!
They did a great job on tile floors and grout cleaning and completed the jobs in about an hour. (1100 + sq ft each)
Paul communicates well and is an “Old School” business owner. I was in outside sales for many years. His business style made me smile and was appreciated. 5 Stars for Service Experts!

Had our whole house and shower deep cleaned and both came out better than expected. The time was very manageable and the scheduling was easy. The shower glass came out looking new. All in all, this was a great experience and would recommend to anyone that has tile!!

Paul was very professional and attentive right from the start. I reached out to him because he came highly recommended by a friend. He immediately called me back and spoke to me about my needs. He told me about his company and what he offers, gave me a quote after I sent him some photos and we set a date. He came on time, fully equipped and used gear to protect my walls and other furniture. He got to work right away and i did an incredible job and I’d say went above and beyond. He cleaned everything up perfectly looking like new and left me feeling great with clean furniture. I was so impressed that I am having him come back and also do my floors. Surface Experts is a wonderful small business that really cares for their clients. Customer service is five star status. Paul is a gem and I’m so glad that I found him. I will be using him for regular maintenance on my business and also my home. Highly recommend and will be telling everyone this is a must have service for your home and business.

Our experience with Paul and Surface Experts was amazing start to finish. Initial contact made and Paul followed up promptly. He then scheduled a time to assess our floor cleaning needs. We needed our tile and an area rug cleaned. He gave us a reasonable quote and we got scheduled. He arrived on time and the work was impeccable. Our floor is sooo much better and I love it again! Price fair. All around great service and follow through! I highly recommend!!!

Paul and Erica did a great job cleaning my tile and grout. Paul was very flexible and able to reschedule me when I couldn’t keep our original appointment. Paul and Erica both worked quickly and efficiently and were able to remove two layers of paint from my grout, along with removing old, set in stains. I would recommend surface experts for any floor cleaning job.

First off let me start by saying Paul takes any and every expectation of quality customer service, and blows those expectations out of the water. Before I found Surface Experts, I was calling around for quotes and was getting nickled and dimed by what seemed like everyone. Paul was the only one to take the time to come by to actually see my space and floors before offering me a quote. & He was more than reasonable.
We set up a day right there for him to come and service our floors. Paul & Erica (his assistant) were on time, friendly, professional, and fast. They finished my floors faster than the expected time and were extremely thorough. They even cleaned the vents on the back of my fridge.
From our first brief conversation, Paul remembered my husband's name, my son's name, and knew his 1st birthday was coming up and even got him a birthday card.
I've been in the customer service industry for 18 years, and Paul is the blueprint for it.
We will definitely be using and recommending him again in the future.
