Sun Country Cleaners is fantastic! Great pick-up/delivery service, so you never have to leave home or office to get your clothes cleaned. If you do go into one of their retail stores, the people are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highest rating!

I have been a loyal customer of Sun Country for 12 years and for the most part have been pleased with the quality of work but lately it has been diminishing. I've had a few shirts torn in the pass and I think I've only filed one claim during that time period. Anyway today was the day that broke the camels back. I have a business trip to attend on Wednesday and figured I would take my white shirts and business suit to the plant as I missed my cut off time at my store location. I arrived at 955am or so and was told machines are running so I couldn't get same day..ok no problem. By the way the person that waited on me was Brian. Brian appeared hurried and agitated and very gittery and impatient. Nonetheless he tried to take my items and put into the computer system and it started buffering which I get, but I told him I could wait, again he was agitated and said I'll just write you a ticket, which I wasn't amused about. Shortly thereafter the system stop buffering and was ready to print, I asked him if he could put in the system and print me a ticket and said no it cant print I gave you a hand written ticket and trust me you will get your items. I mention to him earlier in our conversation that I had a shirt that was torn from dry cleaning and he very shortly said you will have to file a claim, ok no problem. Anyway I asked him if he was sure that I would have my attire as this was important to me, which really frustrated the guy, he threw my bag down with my clothes which at that point I asked him if was having a bad day? After he threw my cloths down , I said never mind just give me my clothes. Then he with indignation gave me my bag and told me to go someplace else and then gave me his name with spite...Brian I believe Rumble , couldn't remember the last name. Then he told me to take my shirt claim someplace else also. So I did take Brian's advice and went somewhere else, which I did immediately and was treated with dignity, respect and understanding. I will NEVER darken your doors again with my presence or my money, I will take both elsewhere. Good Riddance.
