I have been using ODP for all my printing, each Location is different, this location, they care, they get the job done Right. Thank you So much!!! Thanks Margarete, when she retires, I'm going to cry!!!!!!!!I like 211 N Dale Nabry Hwy Location,I usee to go to:26277 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, in this location, less than 1 mile from my office, one of the employees told me, that he manager got mad at her for all the work I gave them ???? UN REAL???Which is a sign this location is poorly managed!!!!!!!!!!! from the top down!!!

I must say I’m deeply disappointed with the services at this location. The printing support team appear incompetent regarding their internal processes, causing long delays and frustration for customers. Couple that with turnover and the learning curve of their team members = recipe for disaster on the service side. Multiple times I’ve had to take my business to other suppliers after dealing with this location’s frazzled team members. I hope things change in the future.

Went shopping for a few things with 2 friends. We had to ask twice where things were located. People stocking the floor were awesome. Friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. Then we checked out. The man that rang us up was WONDERFUL! He had a great since of humor. We were all laughing and smiling when we left the store. He is a MAJOR asset to Staples! Cashier: 2081159

The reason this is 4 starts instead of 5 is because the person I'm assuming was the manager (a man with a receding hairline whose name I did not get) was quite rude, but Christopher was amazing. He helped me quickly and generously. Christopher gets 5 stars. The balding man gets 1.

TSA PRE CHECK was a breeze. We made an appointment online brought my passport and had to drive all the way from sarasota since the location here does not have tsa pre check anymore. We arrived 10 mins before our appointment no one was in line. We had an appointment at 9am and were seen at 9:01am. I wish they would have greeted us when we walking in and maybe communicated even though tsa says to be 10 minutes early they aren't open until 9 (no big deal) just communicated so we don't stand around looking lost. Over all the girl who helped us on December 1 2023 did her job and a fast one at that. Received my approved tsa already today one day later and was able to add it to my flight.

I love coming here because I can get everything done in one place and I don’t have to deal with surcharges like at UPS and FedEx they charge you extra if you have someone help you how rude. But when I come in Staples, they take me over to self-service they help me get through the self-service option and I save money thank you for being kind.

I didn't want to write this review but it happened multiple times in the past 30 days. Amazon returns suck at this store! Nobody pays attention to you nor other customers in the Amazon returns line. Usually after 15 minutes or so, someone acknowledges your presence even though they've been only a few feet away from you all this time. They act like they are doing you a big favor. If you're that busy, hire more people. If you don't want the business, don't do amazon returns at this location and waste everyone's time.The Staples store in Clearwater doesn't have this problem no matter how busy they get. They are always friendly and treat their customers right.

Store is short staffed and busy, one person working Copy & Print as well as Amazon returns. Associate at the check out was pretty much useless, staring at Brooke and sipping a Coke while she handled customers and phone calls. Phones were not even working properly but Brooke was multi tasking like PRO! My print order was not ready when I arrived but she seamlessly jumped between tasks and kept the lines moving! Five stars are for Brooke!

Waited 15 minutes (half that spent waiting for an associate to even show up at the register) for an employee to tell me they weren’t currently able to print the barcode for the type of return I had and to “come back in a few days” when the paper was in. If you’re going to accept returns make sure you can accept them at all times and/or better advertise when there’s an issue like this so people don’t waste their time.

Staff were not helpful at all. Kept directing me to the website for a print job and that was a dead link which I showed the staff and they could have cared less. Don’t provide a service if you can’t help.. just stick to selling products not services.

Went if for TSA pre check as they advertise they take walk ins. I waited 30 minutes before being acknowledged and once I was acknowledged by DESTINY * was met with attitude that appointments are first and it would be atleast a four hour wait if she could see me at all. I was the ONLY walk in there. Mind you the process of pre check took less than 5 minutes to do. I asked why do you advertise walk ins if you truly don't take them? Her response was you should of made an appointment, but that doesn't answer my question.... It's not what you say but how you say it. She 100% could of sped up her work and got me in. She opted to chit chat, move slow, and take her time to avoid doing additional work. For a business that is customer service not only would I never do any business there but I will ensure that staples isn't on my shopping list.

This is THE place to go. Super friendly staff and very helpful. I had the pleasure of being helped by Michelle. She was very patient abd pleasant and helped me navigate through my Staples app to help me find a coupon I needed.

I have bought my last 4 computers from Staples 2 in the store and now 2 online and have always been treated fairly and the product has always been good with each computer usually last 2-3 years with extensive use . I was beginning to feel a little upset at this purchase because the computer I wanted was an i-5 Lenovo 17 inch laptop, which had been on sale for $499.99 online but when I went to buy it online it was back to regular price $699.99 that was totally out of my budget. I thought this was a sign, don't buy anything at all, wait it out, but I did purchase a i3 17 inch Lenovo on sale for $409.99 and since we were on a Sales Tax holiday and I didn't have to pay sales tax. So, I went to to the Staples in Largo and picked up the computer that I had ordered on 8/6, and got there and found out they still had the i5 on sale. Well I was having some buyers remorse at that point, and the tech guru there Anthony was wonderful. He was was patient and empathetic when I told him my story. He explained that the store and .com were different. He did offer an exchange but I would had to have paid more than the $90.00 I would have had to pay sales tax too. He assured me that for my needs the i3 would be fine. I am not a gamer and just needing it for WFH. Anthony explained everything in way that even I would understand.
Now, I have already told people about your fantastic computer sales people like Anthony, So the next one though I would probably go into the store and purchase.
