A new location for me, and if you think you're going to get anything done on your lunch break forget about it unless you have an appointment! Ended up coming back after work and it went a lot smoother. The store was nice and the store person was very thorough and nice!

First experience in a spectrum store. I'm a brand new customer to spectrum. My tech Shawn was so kind and so nice and so patient. I think you should know that he is a wonderful warm. Good person and excellent salesman and very good with people.You are lucky to have him.
