The manager who is there now is a poorly educated person and I think that management should have a more qualified person for that condominium. My niece was flooded with black water three times and the carpet and the floor deteriorated and we have videos of that and in addition it was given 3,200 $ deposit for not having papers at that time and they did not say that once they had it they would deliver the deposit and would only charge the amount of $399.00 and apart from that they are charging for the deterioration of the floor and carpet plus $150 for cleaning since it was He cleaned it and it was delivered very clean. I recommend to people that I do not recommend that condominium because of the staff that works there. They look for a thousand excuses not to hand over the full money. I hope that the owners of this condominium read this note and see the class. of staff working at 12800 vonn road (Somerset).

I have lived here for about 6 months now Bryant the maintenance supervisor took care of my AC problem right way he went over and beyond to fix the problem.

Tons or Roaches, kids screaming at the top of thier lungs right out side window, literally 2 feet away,the worst place I ever lived

It's been a great place for my dogs and myself after my divorce. It's an old complex and has a few issues, to be expected. Overall, I've been happy and feel safe here

I have lived at Somerset for 7+ years and over this time have experienced several issues from pest control to serious maintenance issues as well as multiple management/staff turnovers. I am currently experiencing a major issue with termites. The new property manager, Regina, has stepped up and taken an active role in ensuring that a long-term fix to this is finally addressed. The current management team is making improvements to and cleaning up the property. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Thank you to Regina for doing your part in making Somerset a BEAUTIFUL, FAMILY COMMUNITY that it once was.

This is by far one of the worst places I've ever lived. If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff & manager turnover in the leasing office is so high and by the time we left, the entire team was so unprofessional and uncouth that we were fed up enough to urgently move to another community. The lack of safety, security, and service was insane. The police were there every week, sometimes daily for drug related issues and domestic violence calls throughout the community. Definitely don't live here!!

I rate it maybe a 2.5. Not the best but certainly not the worst. When we moved in there were stuff that we had addressed the day of our inspection and still wasn’t taken care of on our move in day. We also found a checklist of things they (maintenance) were checking off as they were getting it ready for the move and clearly it wasn’t finished. The ac unit was leaking through the closet wall and didn’t get fixed until maybe 3 weeks after I moved and I’m still waiting for them to repaint the wall. The week of us moving we had already seen 2 roaches. The garbage disposal was leaking and the weatherstripping from the door had a hole where all the bugs had access to. The agents are great especially Justice, but as far as maintenance keeping up with everything not so much. Hopefully my opinion changes. Other than that, very quiet and calm community, the neighbors are friendly, and it’s pretty close to everything you need.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Our unit constantly reeks of cigarettes. Smoke detector, garbage disposal, bath drain and kitchen vent all did not work, ON MOVE IN DAY. Yellow stains on cabinets from smokers. A RAT at our front doorstep literally on move in day and a roach inside the day later. We have 2 small children and are horrified that we are stuck here. Staff turnover is rapid. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Maintenance people don't really fix anything they just come and patch the problem. I had rats digging holes and that's what they did! The problem was fixed I guess. They won't care about you. They will ultimately keep your deposit! That's what happened to me so don't even bother leaving the premises in good condition hoping they will give your security deposit back because they WON'T! Don't move in there! They will rip you off anyway they can!

Place should get 0 stars. DONT MOVE HERE. My first apartment and an absolute nightmare. German roaches. Mold. Druggies. Thank god I’m out of there. I left that place nicer than when I moved in and they still took my security deposit. Office manager probably couldn’t spell manage. Just please avoid this catastrophe.

Years ago they was great but the last 5 years down hill the Mold is very bad and manager are very unprofessional. I lived there for 15 years never done any upgrades only thing went up was rent.

Unfortunately I can't leave less than ONE STAR. I saw the bad reviews and questioned them when moving in. I was told by **NAME REDACTED** that the bad reviews were being left by tenants who hadn't paid their rent and were salty about being kicked out when new management took over to clean up complex. I was shown an honestly subpar apartment but it was clean and decorated nice. I was then shown an empty apartment that was also surface clean. I then received a VIDEO message walkthrough for my move-in. Moved in and to make a long story short, lost EVERYTHING I owned and am still dealing with the effects of being exposed to toxic mold. YES, I HAVE PROOF of testing and ABC News ALSO aired this story. You can search Largo Mom Mold on YouTube and the interviews will come up.I will include a few of my photos taken and when I asked about the smell and the black on the floors I was told, the last tenant had a motorcycle and brought it inside. I was also told I needed to clean better, "In Florida, you use Fabuloso"There has been NO ATTEMPT to make this situation right, No attempt to replace my permanently ruined and lost items. There was no attempt to even as much as return my deposit. Moving from out of state, at Christmas time ALL of my children Christmas presents, beds, clothes, ALL of our Belongings brought here were ruined.To explain briefly, Things were exponentially made worse when I kept complaining about the floors being so dirty, (see photo included). They finally agreed to just replace the floors but since I had already moved in I would need to be in the apartment at the time of replacement of the vinyl floor. The flooring crew came in and tore up the floor while I was in the apartment and started scrubbing the black spots off. These spores were everywhere in the apt and creating breeding nightmare, see the dollar bill in photos.Again, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your due diligence wherever you are considering renting. And please remember if a man shakes your hand and tells you this is the safest place for your family - RUN! and RUN FAR.Happy Tuesday
