I’m a Snowbird and always come here when I’m in Largo for the winter. Tara is just the best. She listens to what you want done with my hair. She is friendly and very good at what she does.

Amy Lenhard has been my hair stylist since for 24 years. She is very professional and extremely talented. She is very knowledgeable and teaches me about products and how to keep my hair healthy. I always feel so pretty and well taken care of. Did I mention she gives the most amazing scalp massage!? Soooooo good! Extremely grateful we found each other.

Raquel is amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and did an outstanding job on color/highlight/cut for me. I felt like my old self again. She also did a great job on my daughter who has autism. We both felt relaxed knowing we will walk out happy.

Friendly staff, clean and bright.

There is a new stylist at Salon West on West Bay. Her name is Nyla. I showed her a picture and got exactly what I wanted. Hard to find someone that can do a short cut that flatters your face and matches your lifestyle and personality! Thank you Nyla!

As other reviews said, they will not correct errors or get back with you (Read through the reviews and you’ll see). After several attempts for just an explanation and also several appointment issues, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service from the manager. I have been going here for over a year. When I was unhappy with the service, I called twice and the manager never called me back. You are loosing my business now.

Update to previous review. I don't recommend it. The shellac is peeling away. It's bubbling and peeling off in the shower. And I paid extra for the shellac upgrade. There are a hundred other places you can go.
