I made a call to safe lite and the customer service/sales agent was rude and didn't have any idea how to be polite to a customer and understand business 101, The Customer is alright right and or needs to be attended to. After scheduling an appointment, they dropped the ball by not making it to the appointment making me wast more than half of my dat waiting on the windshield install to be done. I highly recommend to NOT use Safe Lite for anything at all. Use someone else that will do the job correctly and when making an appointment with a customer making sure that appointment is met and or at least call to inform the customer knowing they may have other things to attend to. Text, Email, Call. lots of ways to do so.

Don’t go here. Went here to replace windshield and now there is a constant leak in my driver side when it rains and windshield wiper hoses don’t work anymore. Not quality work

Still waiting on the repair of our car at the moment. Haven't been waiting too long, but I'll have to update my review after they're finished to be accurate overall. So far, they seem on point and working hard. There's a nice waiting area available.

Update Time:
So, this was a first for me and my hubby. Neither of us ever had a windshield broken or needed fixed, but this last tropical storm snuck by and did us some damage-including shattering the back windshield on our Ford Edge to pieces.
We didn't want to waste time looking around for who was better priced and honestly couldn't afford to spend much time window shopping either.
Naturally, thanks to their advertising efforts, we remembered their jingle that airs over radio and cable channels every hour on the hour and we have them a call.
Luckily, they had time THAT SAME DAY the day of the break that we were able to drive up and they secured a safe seal over the back to protect the car and allow us to drive til our appointment booked 2 days later.
I'd have to look back at my Google Pixel 8 Pro and check the time stamp in the photo data to be sure, but I swear from the time we parked to the time we left couldn't have been a whole hour.
They were fast, did a great job and it was very straight forward and clear with pricing and no surprises when we paid.
A note - we did pay out of pocket for our windshield because apparently in the state of FL you have to have Comprehensive to qualify and we have the minimum required being an older car. It was a little over $400 when all was said and done.
I don't know if that's good or bad, high or low and honestly I don't care. The fact is, these guys worked us in, worked quick to not waste our time and did an awesome job with a lifetime guarantee included on the glass and the work too! They were all super nice and stress free. They have a comfortable waiting area inside that's fully air conditioned and offers Free WiFi. The time flew and the results speak for themselves. If this ever happens again, we know who to trust and will absolutely be repeat customers.
And I absolutely recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield repair. They're prompt, professional and do quality work. What more can you ask for? Highly Recommend!

Agent came home, knocked the wrong door of the same address , called her back as i was told that someone just came in for the glass fix, yet my great agent decided not to pick the phone not to reply a text and cancel my appointment instead
My appointment was at 12:30 i called at 12:33 to check where she is and text me at 1:30 that my appointment is cancelled

Appointment was at 8am. Didn’t get my car back until 2pm didn’t get a call to let me know my vehicle was finished or any communication about my vehicle status. I will never come back here again to this location. They did do a good job on my front wind shield tho that’s why they got 2 stars. Communication goes a long way guys.

Scheduled an appt over a week ago and on the day of install Bruce tells me via text that the windshield came in damaged? Trying to reschedule, Bruce is texting me thinking he’s talking to his friend and not an actual customer. I ended up canceling my install due to Bruce’s unprofessionalism.

The glass that Safelite provides is cheap. Bottom line. I've used Safelite twice and basic road construction spiderwebs my windshield. I used another provider the third time and it's been three years traveling 36 miles per day to and fro up and down US 19 in Pinellas County with no issues.

My experience with Safelte in Largo has been the most professional I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. The speed of service excellent, customer service was STELLAR and OUTSTANDING above and beyond. I arrived early to drop of. For my 930 appt. They took my car back in and started kept me informed through the whole process. THANK YOU SAFELITE.
