I would appreciate if the owner of this storage facility could call me back. Today I went to get something off my boat and there was a big dent in the front. I asked Adam who btw was great if they could just review the cameras for me to see if anything happened. He mentioned he was not trained on the reviewing of the camera so he asked his mgr Kadeem. When he walked in I mentioned my request and he just stared at me after I told him. I asked don’t you have cameras. His response was I’m still processing and showed me the walls of cameras and walked out. He was extremely rude. I would like a phone call back please and NOT from him.

Customer service was excellent. Adam made the move-in and move-out process very easy to navigate. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and it will be the first place I contact the next time I need a storage unit.

We searched quite a bit before we found something to was happy when we did. Adam who was on duty was extra helpful and the storage was ready in no time.

During a really hard time due to Hurricane Helene Adam was the light of my day! Adam called walked me through it all with grace and empathy. He again called me the next day to confirm all. I cannot say enough about the service extended by Adam! What a PRO!
