This is the second time that I have worked in the facility for Agency. Extremely pleasant staff starting with the receptionist, unit, managers, evening, supervisors, CNA‘s and fellow nurses. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The patient ratio was wonderful. Pleasant and clean facility with all supplies available. If it wasn’t an hour and a half drive from me to the facility , I definitely would work there as staff. Amazing teamwork, and all the residents were pleasant and thankful for Care.

Students were able to provide some basic care to children, received some educational information from Respiratory Therapist and nurses. They saw smiles and happiness in some children who are young and older. I received some diagnoses that I can research and share with the students as well as some I know will be covered in their lectures.

This was not a good experience for my 90 year old mother, who was there for physical rehabilitation. I would not recommend this facility.

I have been working here for 3 yrs. Never have I seen a place that caters to their residents needs and wants and keeping residents safe??very clean and the staff is very respectful . It’s truly is a pleasure to be here ! ??

Dietary staff is amazing! The department head Joanne does a great job at delegating tasks to her employees, and making sure everyone feels safe and heard. The food is well prepared and served, and they listen very closely to the residents requests! 10/10 would recommend Sabal palms to someone!

A festive atmosphere was evident when I went to visit a dear dear friend.It’s evident that she is receiving good care for she looked so groomed and lovely in her comfortable wheel chair.Thank you staff!

Stable palmsIs very professional, They're very welcoming.The great youth open arms. It's family that. It's a 110% there for you. No judgment. I want to say strict. I would just say they always want you to improve, so don't be afraid.Of telling them what you need to improve. Cause at the end of the day they got your back. They provide so many opportunities so many benefits. It would be a big mistake. Not to check them out or at least talk to them about opportunities. I did and I don't regret it.

Our first visit to see my dad who just arrived. Everyone is so caring. And multiple calls to check on my dad's history on how he got to this point and my plans after rehab. This gave me great confidence they want him to get better. And are very caring.

I went to Sabal Palns to visit my mother in law in rehab. I was greeted right away as I entered the building. Staff was very nice. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was uplifting. Staff seemed very attentive and caring. I was very impressed with the communication from staff to family about concerns or just being updated. We made the right choice to put my mother in law in this facility.

Visited our good friend and spent a couple of hours outside. The area is beautiful but there was a broken chair that should be fixed or replaced. Since this was our first visit the sign-in was easy to get through. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful. The halls were very clean and the rooms were comfortable.There were some comments concerning the meals and availability of the menu. All-in-all residents seemed satisfied.
