a hidden gem for a huge range of collectibles, plus old and new gaming products - I seeked out video game stores during my trip to the US to find good deals on pokémon cards, but I ended up enjoying just looking at the sheer amount of memorabilia this place has. I did shuffle through their cards too and found they had a great variety, on top of the staff being helpful and down-to-earth when asking them any questions. my partner particularly likes the dracula in the window holding a copy of dracula, so that's really cool too :-) thank you for the rad experience!

Fire place, lots of video game stuff here from a bunch of different eras of video gaming history, bunch of different collectibles and old action figures. They have dnd stuff and all the works here love the place good place to chill and buy some old school stuff. Be good y'all.??

Last year I think.. I visited first time at that store. Something that caught my attention.. Nintendo Switch Chrono Cross, and I was thrilled to buy it. Owner seemed a cool guy. I love this game. Ty so much Rat Retro. You are awesome!

Very nice space with full of different collectibles such as ; comics, cards , video games , toys you make it. You can easily spend a great amount of time looking and browsing if you are unsure what you are looking for. The store has two sides full of things . Customer service was great. Will return once I'm in the Tampa area again.

We were visiting from Maryland (Frederick, Md) and this place is awesome! Great vintage toy selection and great prices for the collector. They make the toy hunting experience super fun. Above all, the staff and owners are very inviting, warm and super friendly. I highly recommend visiting Retro Rat, our favorite in the Florida area. Very very cool place!

Chemical Warning: Don't bring your kids, the owner vapes in store. I visited with my son and left as soon as I discovered the source of the odor when I saw the owner puffing away. If you can smell it, you're inhaling it and who knows what cocktail of chemicals and/or drugs are being vaporized. Hopefully, the owner will read this and do what everyone else does, take it outside so children (and adults) who love comics and toys can safely patronize your business without wondering: What was I breathing?
