The whole team here was super helpful. I needed something urgent and they were more than willing to accommodate. I ended up going with a different option last minute, and they still treated me with the same respect as if I bought from them. Good people.

This place is a joke and the manager left such a bad, lasting impression that I am editing this review 4 years later.There was an issue with my payment due to payroll issues at work. The manager harassed me constantly and kept threatening to take the bed we had purchased out of my home.When I called a few days later to make a full payment on what was due, I told him to come and pick up his bed and never contact me again. His attitude completely changed once he knew he was getting a payment and tried to convince me to continue with the terms.That’s not how you talk to or treat people in general, let alone your customers.This place can get bent.

Went in and seen ab Bill and Marcos when I called I got amazing customer service and came in and actually had the time of my life three amazing people and a great place to be connected to they actually made my whole day

Rent king in Seminole has bad customer service. I ask several time for them to pick up their item and refund me my money back . I was told to keep the item until feb 5 . That not what I ask . I ask to be pick up before feb 5 and give me a refund. That jade . Bill is just as nasty instead of hearing me out on what the message say he jump off the roof say idc this n that but I will be making a report if not pick up by this wensday to shierff and civil court .

I do not know why I even think to consider other RTO companies. Rent King ALWAYS has the best prices. I've been dealing with this location for Years and years. I was approved fast online. Called the store. And was able to secure what I wanted with a free delivery tomorrow.The woman who helped me, Jade, made this experience even better. She didn't just give me any answer and actually put me on hold to find the item that suits my needs the best. A lot of places like this I feel as if I'm bothering the employees at work. All my questions inconveniences them. Not Jade though!!! She found what best suited me while smiling the entire time (as someone who has been in CS for 20years u can actually hear a smile). She was polite, made me feel like I was a friend and not a customer.From now on all my dealings through this already awesome location will go directly through Jade.I will also update my review tomorrow after delivery as she was able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning for my tv!! I hope that is timely and a great experience as well.

Came in contact with Bill Hartwell and an associate while they were soliciting on private property. My doorknob was checked and it spooked my dogs. When asked if what they were doing was legal Bill took off for his truck (parked like he lives here, not in the Visitor Area). I attempted to get a picture of his plate when he parked his truck in the middle of the complex's exit and jumped out of the vehicle. He tried asking for my name and then referred to me as Karen multiple times before getting back in his truck to slow roll follow me back to my apartment, hanging out the window continuously blowing me kisses. It felt threatening and creepy, its not normal behavior.I know you're the Store Manager Bill, but I will contact corporate. If I see you in my complex again I will consider it harassment and call the police. I do in fact have video of your behavior.

Better than anywhere and that’s the truth! When you need something for your home they have the best prices around and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will go out of their way to get it for you. Jade is amazing and her staff they all treat you like your family not like your just another number! That’s hard to find in this world today! I’m proud to be a part of the rent king family!! You can’t find better than Jade! I have used this location and jade and her staff have taken care of my needs for at least 7 years and I couldn’t be happier!!!!!

I highly recommend this store! The customer service is professional and friendly. I just recently moved from another state and needed some items. They have quality furniture and the process was quick and easy. They even offer complementary bottle water which is nice in this Florida heat lol! I am very happy with my purchase and have affordable payments. They even made arrangements to deliver same day! Rent King is awesome and the staff!

Rent king is a great place if you need something in a pinch. Their customer service is always outstanding. I'd highly recommend them for any furniture or sound equipment you need. Great experience.
