Beware, like the previous review from Frank, customer service confirmed no trucks are available for use at this facility and you have to rent another truck to unload. Toyota has ended their lease and although the website states you can pay $99 for a truck, you cannot I realize this is corporate change and nothing against the facility itself but better communication to customers would be appreciated and the inconvenience it’s causes existing customers.

We've been trying to reach the company in order to schedule our container pick up, but it's been 4 days now of "experiencing technical difficulties with phone lines" and automated messages. Our house closes in 2 days and we are still unable to reach anyone.

Red Rover was a fantastic service until they stopped providing service in my area with no notice. They force their customers to empty their pods, offering no support.This is a significant unexpected expense (new pod rental company, delivery/pickup fees, movers) that everyone should consider before doing business with Red Rover.I highly recommend all potential customers consider my experience, additional expenses, and the frustration Red Rover caused prior to making a decision to do business with Red Rover.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We started in the Tampa area, and our container was stored in Denver until our new home was ready.There was ALWAYS someone to chat with on line to get answers to my questions quickly and professionally.Our container travelled far, and was stored for over 4 months. Everything was in great shape when we unloaded it, which was a great relief. *Note-we did hire professionals (found on Thumb Tack) to load our container, and felt it was worth the investment.I would have no problem recommending Red Rover as an excellent choice for a reasonably priced move.

Red Rover was so simple and convenient moving my daughter into her apartment. We stored for 2 months and picked up the truck the morning of our move. Only moving her belongings once was a saver for my old bones! No brained, I would use Red Rover every time!

These guys put U-Haul to shame!! This was the easiest, smoothest pick up/drop off I have ever encountered. The customer service was exceptional and the pod itself and storage was top rate. You can’t beat the price. Highly recommend.

FREE Truck rental w/in 30 miles. $198/mo storage for the 16 foot unit. Can't touch this with a ten foot pole, y'all!

We have had the most wonderful experience with Red Rover. Moving can always be stressful, the Red Rover staff took care of one of the most stressful aspects and did an amazing job at it. From the first inquiry phone call to the drop off of our container they were friendly, calm, responsive, and helpful.FYI our move was from Florida to North Carolina with 2 months of storage.I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is spot on, with an above and beyond experience. The driver who brought our container to its new location was friendly and any time I needed I to get into our container before we moved to the new location was an easy process.If you need a container to move and/or store your stuff, call RED ROVER you will not regret it.

I had sold my condo and didnt close on my new place until a week later so I needed a moving truck and a place to store my stuff for a week. Red Rover was the exact service I needed. Pickup and dropoff of the well maintained truck was a breeze. It was also cheaper than that other moving truck company. I would absolutely us them again and recommend highly.
