Around 12 today General Manager was very rude to my girlfriend and I when we were just trying to pay for our fountain drinks we get them all the time with no issues. We even get one free mid sized cup everyday through the app she first put in the wrong size drinks then when I pointed it out she Said that's what the system does and not her fault very odd responce then would not let us put our rewards number back in after she updated the drink size to make the one free. Just over all very unprofessional and definitely was not how you talk to customers.

A guy hits me up for a cup of coffee I ignore him then he asked me for a dollar I ignore him I go to get creamer and he starts bad mouthing my age and my appearance so I told him leave me alone and I raised my voice
At that point the lady with the mop starts hollering at me as if I'm doing something wrong
This is why I object to minorities because they're stupid they don't know what they're doing and they make mistakes and that's right I said it
I'm a paying customer a repeat customer and I get all of that because of bum off the street a piece of dirt doesn't have a job and bothers people in the store for coffee and money
There are plenty of other places to get coffee so I'll take my business elsewhere
Keep hiring minorities racetrack and pretty soon you won't have a business

Came for gas at 1:55 and told me i had to wait til 2am because of shift change, I dont have time to wait when we have to get back to work.

This is not my usual place for gas, but their prices are not bad. They just a charge a little more for my smokes, so I really only come here out of convenience or if it's on the way. The store is always clean and they do have nice bathrooms so there is that

They have frozen yogurt! All the froyo places around me closed after Covid so I’m very happy about this lol. Clean place, the guy working was super nice.

I'm only giving this place a One Star because the customer service in this establishment alone begs the question...WHO IS ALLOWING THIS TO GO ON?I can NOT believe that Dennis allowed that little Johnny Tsunami dude with the middle part to call Largo PD and have me trespassed FOR NO REASON other than the fact that he does not like me for also, no good reason.I did NOTHING wrong. THIS IS PERSONAL.And of course, Largo PD could not give me a reasonable explanation other than telling me "apparently you've been causing problems," which COULD NOT be further from the truth.I spend money every single time I go in there. Or at least I did. I even helped them catch some teenagers shoplifting beer! I was the one who called Largo PD!They have two outlets on the side of the building, and instead of freezing on the inside where the A/C is on full blast, I go outside. I have accidently fallen asleep a few times, and Johnny Tsunamj was being a massive jerk about it. His vendetta is purely that, a vendetta, because it's significantly personal, and he went out of his way to make sure that he could hurt me.He needs to be fired, and Dennis ought to be fired right alongside him since he refuses to hold his associates accountable or responsible for their evident prejudice and narcissistic behavior.This is not what Racetrac is all about. I do believe the drugs got to Dennis a little too much the morning this went down, and he made the wrong decision based on what a literal child had to say about something who doesn't like me.Also, Dennis taking up a pump space from customers for his own vehicle should be grounds for termination since actions like that can cost the company money. It's owned by somebody, but definitely not Dennis, so he should be looking for a new job that won't care if he slacks off and kisses his employees on the mouth.

Just got gas from here and the pumps are off by two gallons. . A stopped getting gas here a couple years ago for same reason. Will never come here again

Clean and ideal location. Good clerks working at night when I usually go here to get food and gas. ✅
