Came here because it was the only store within miles with rainbow candy fumes, tried the first one it was basically stuck in the package and didn’t feel authentic, I took a puff on it and it tasted like nothing. Just like air. I was prepared to buy an entire box if they had these in stock, I tried a second and it was just simply dead out of the box. So she exchanged that one for a third, the third was the same way, zero flavor. The girl inside made me pay for the two vapes and I didn’t even want them. I reluctantly paid their high price of 13.99 for these 9.99 everywhere else vapes and left pissed off that she made me pay for defective product. This is insane. Def zero customer service in this store and I don’t recommend anyone shop here

Came in the store earlier today NOT a fan of the new employee they have there didn’t catch her name but (the girl with blond hair) definitely tried to scam me with a 80$ vape. i’m highly upset because i’ve been coming here for over a year it sucks cuz the other employees are great but now i will no longer be coming back because of her !

Great service even late a night, it was great they were open till 11. Very clean and beautiful store. Lots of inventory as well.

The employee was maybe having a bad day but definitely not friendly. She knew nothing about the flavors of the juices and the store did not give any clear indication of the flavors either. I will go out of my way to stick to my normal vape shop. Even if you are on the way home.

Puff Emporium has a great selection and even better customer service. I'm visiting from out of town and felt welcome right away; Jared was accommodating and attentive. I'll definitely be back, maybe even this week!
