We visit Largo several times a year from Minnesota! We love this grocery store and the overall appearance and selection. The staff is friendly and deli subs are our favorite! Unplanned but also had the pleasure of picking up a prescription at the pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn't catch the pharmacist name but he was hands down super nice and helpful. I even called back next day with questions and he was very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail. Great customer service.

Their chicken wrapped was so good. Service was okay though their busy but some staff just moved so unhurried. Environment is clean.

My favorite publix! It's close to home as well BUT every employee I've ever interacted with here has been phenomenal. They're helpful and knowledgeable and really try to make your shopping experience as stress free and efficient as possible!

Manager, I believe his name was Travis, was very rude to his employees, he seemed to not care that he was being very disrespectful towards his employees. Honestly I would not want to work there if I had to deal with a manager degrading me the way he was, you could tell his employees were uncomfortable around him.

Shout out to Nathan who was such a big help to me tonight. I was in the parking lot with my 5 year old struggling with bags and Nathan ran from across the parking to help me to my car. I appreciate you Nathan :)

I love Publix. It's always clean, especially the bathroom. And the staff, they're very friendly and. And yet professional always helpful, showing me where instead of pointing. Show me they take me to the product that I need.

Unfortunately Stephanie was bagging poorly , not paying attention and bags were already breaking . I went a took a good 5 or 6 bags to just fix it in the car , she I a harsh accusatory tone that " we don't let people take bags " I was beyond embarrassed, of course I placed them in front of her a explained that they were for double bagging what she was doing , she sayd that she would double bag , then I get to the car and the first bag I take breaks , he too two bags with heavy detergent and glass were not double bagged , so she embarrassed me for trying to finish her job , then I had to go back and ask her for Teo bags , she very unnecessarily and sarcastically said gave a great night , not going back

I never post reviews but I could not let this go without posting. Yesterday I asked my husband to pick up 4 deli hoagie rolls and some ribeye shredded steak to make cheese steaks. As normal each roll is in its own bag and I did not open them. I started to cook my steak and opened the rolls what to my surprise they were not cooked all the way. What a disappointment. I called the bakery and was fortunate enough to get Dan. I explained the situation and normally would have driven back to the store to exchange them. I spent my day at the pool and had a few adult beverages. I could not just jump in my car and exchange the rolls. Low and Behold Dan showed up at my door with 4 new rolls. Now that is customer service. Thank you Dan for going out of your way above and beyond for me.Lisa Pearce

Love the store but some of the cashiers needs have more customer service, for instance in greeting the customer! Customer service is everything!!
