I got a sub from Tarkisha today at the deli and was just the sweetest and I love her! Absolutely the most pleasant experience I've had at that deli and I can't say enough good things about her. She deserves a raise, and we should consider erecting a statue at the front door in her likeness. 10/10 sandwich and customer service thank you Tarkisha!

Publix does a great job as a supermarket. Always clean and well organized. I didn't know this previously about Publix but recently while visiting my parents we decided to have crab legs for dinner and after lots of research I decided to go to Publix and get the crab legs. The best part of this whole dinner was the seafood department steamed the crab legs for us, with old bay also, so all we had to do was go home and start eating. We ordered 8 LBs of crab legs cooking them at home would have been tough. I greatly appreciate them doing this. The crab legs were excellent! We will definitely be going to Publix again for this in the future.

Went to the publix in the indian rock shopping center and was approached by a very rude employee (Joann). My fiancé and I were very polite assuming that maybe she would calm down but continued to be very rude and loud with us. After she had walked away we were approached by another employee (kim- assistant department manager in the deli) She was ever MORE rude! Extremely short and loud and honestly just made me look at the whole store differently. I wouldn't recommend this publix- their staff is extremely rude.

Overzealous, believed to be knowledgeable, was lying about reason to delay RX. Caused a thyroid storm and a subsequent grand mal seizure, suffering thyroid cancer currently. Also a federal judge sealed my location. Her boss said she is overstepping her duties. Will be following up.

Always so slow, prescriptions never done same day, need to wait at least 45 min when you are in pain or sick. Going to change my pharmacy, even this has more convenient location.One time they didn’t have needed medication in stock and transferred me to another publix. Everything was done in another publix in 10 min! I was like WOW, comparing to this slow publix pharmacy

Clean, organized, fully stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Sushi is not bad at all. A good selection of seafood and beer.

Today I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens. Every 90days when my refills are do I have to call and remind the pharmacy. This has been going on for 2years . Each time they tell me not set up to call or text me. Then they say all fixed. I never get a call or text. When I lived near the Publix on Park Blvd and Belcher I always got a callback when my meds where ready

The subs used to be fantastic, now they are skimpy with the meat in them and this was consistent for my last three visits. What a shame. I’ll be finding a different place to get my turkey sub!

I've visited this Publix many times since July 2019, and thought I should update my review. My trips here have been much better, with greatly improved customer service, especially during our ongoing Covid situation. This store seems to be making great efforts to make our shopping experience as sanitary and safe as possible. Thank you!

Chrystal and Her Staff are the best in the area. Clean Store, Great Selection, courteous staff. There are 7 Publix stores with in a 5 mile radius and Indian Rocks is by far the best. The new one at Largo Mall is a close second but my heart still lies with the store at Indian Rocks. I have never had a problem with a special order even now that I must do my shopping via Instacart. Tito in the Meat Department, Kim at check out, Ashleigh in CS and Eric in the Deli all are top notch.

Did a pickup which was fine. Good friendly service. BUT they didn't have some items. I wish they'd let you know before you place your order.
