This publix is the most spacious publix I have ever been to. The only reason why I am giving this 3 stars is it took me about 20 minutes to get my pub sub. Note that it was late when I ordered it and they had to fry up more chicken for my sub. The chicken also did not seem like the usual chicken tenders they make. The people who worked there were great. Very helpful in helping me find items

When I went inside to finish a insta cart order I grabbed all of the items and went to the front to finish paying when I got there I realized I forgot my wallet and went to put everything back after putting everything back I was greeted with a rude manager claiming I was eating Oreos from the bag and stealing I do not recommend anyone to shop here as all I've experienced are bad things.

This store has been pillaged by shoplifters to the point of going under and instead of doing something about it they just allow it for reasons I won't say. This just passes the costs for us law abiding shoppers.

I am not exaggerating when I say it took about 25 minutes to get for subs and there was literally no one around it was not busy at all whatsoever. The fact that there was eight associates standing around talking about their weekend large hickeys on their necks nobody seem to know where anything was and the poor lady that was making my sandwiches didn't know a lick of English and nobody around her would help her find the deli cuts that she needed. As my husband ordered the subs I went got everything else that we needed came back she still wasn't done with the first sub. I understand that times like this is hard but not when there are so many available associates that could've helped move it right along. There were two sides of couples that came after us that left and a couple that were asking where their subs were since they ordered beforehand and they still weren't ready. The deli needs to get their self together or you will be losing customers and we will just go across the street to the other Publix..

For me, this is the very best Publix for miles around. I used to happily visit this store when it was the last Albertson's remaining in our area. Their meat counter was the BEST. Then Safeway bought it and did a million-dollar(s) makeover. They eventually failed, so Publix stepped in. Very wide aisles with extra room for an excellent variety of offerings, some not available at other smaller locations. This location may be the Publix experience at its very best.....?

I had a wonderful experience at this Publix the other day with manager Donald and deli worker Chris. My husband and I ordered wings for pick up on our way back from Tampa on a Friday. It was about 8:30pm, and the store closes at 10pm. The woman who picked up in the deli was super friendly and let me know to come in about 45 minutes (because the fryer had been turned off). The wings were ready early! Everyone in the department was super friendly. I head to the register, put my wings and carrots on the belt. Hand the kind woman bagging my reusable bag. Cashier swipes the wings across the scanner. As the bagger picks up the wings, the entire bottom falls out. Immediately, Donald comes over and offers to remedy the situation. They will make me a fresh order, and I can either wait there or go home and come back. I decide to stay and wait in the cafe. Right about the time that my wings are finishing up, I notice that they have a warmer full of hot & spicy wings that they could have suggested for me to have, but because I had ordered fresh, no one had tried to push those on me. (I actually would have been fine with those, but appreciated the attention to freshness.) Chris from the deli brings out my new wings with a smile on his face (even though we were getting close to closing) and mentions that he added 4-5 extra wings in there and packaged them differently so there was no risk of spilling (and that they would package them that way from now on). Donald comped my order for the inconvenience. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and attentive despite it being late on a Friday night. This is the type of service that stores should offer.

The grocery store itself is extra large for a Publix. Convenient location and it is so large it appears that no one is ever in the store. I have no issues with the grocery aspect but seriously have a major issue with the Rest Rooms every time. The rest rooms every visit are usually dirty but this visit they were beyond Gross and Disgusting. We reported it to a team member but there is NO WAY that this condition in both men and womens had not gone unnoticed just ignored. This led me to think an employee has to use the restroom and then go work in the grocery area - triple gross. When we got home we left our shoes outside and took off our jeans because they touch the floor in length and put them in the washer with sanitizer. Also wiped down all of the groceries because an employee who used those restrooms may have touched our items. I do not envision ever returning to this location due to the negligence and disgusting health issues that may arise from here.

I was just sitting down for lunch to eat an artisan charcuterie I purchased on 6/8. The Gouda cheese was making my mouth itch. Than I realized that some of the pieces looked a little funky and I checked the expire date to be 6/2/2020. I am tired that I have to constantly check for expiration dates every time I shop this particular Publix. This is happening more and more. It is very frustrating to constantly check expire dates in everything I buy. Plenty of times I found items that were expired and brought them up to customer service. What they do with them I don't know! I don't know if they shelve them again. But folks you need to check the expiration date on EVERYTHING THEY SELL!!!!

Anyone that knows me, knows that I love grocery stores. Understanding everything that is going on with COVID, I will say I love and appreciate how every employee is wearing a mask and do ask if you need help. I've come here about 2 times over the past week and 1/2 and each time I come, the store is clean, tidy and shelves are full for the most part.Their meat/chicken and fish selections are plentiful and their bakery always provides fresh bakery. I have not eaten anything from their deli but it's pretty big, wide and they do offer made to order sandwiches. The big win for this place is how wide the aisles are! You can easily fit 2 1/2 - maybe 3 carts down each aisle! I love it. Also the cashiers are always friendly and welcoming.Well done to this Publix location!

This is a great place to shop and a warm neighborhood store despite its size. Always great service, Jeff in Meat dept. is knowledgeable as is all of the staff. They do go out of their was to accommodate! Whether your single, or a mom or dad of 5, they'll go out of their way to make you happy. Dan, ( I think his name!) Mgr. has a really tough job, as all managers, and pulls it off with a smile and a great balance of fairness and caring for staff and customers, genuinely nice, and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied! So Kay, Norm, Lenny, Jeff, Dan are a few who make you feel welcome during this really difficult time and the good times! Good sales as well.

Today I saw they were out of Alcohol Wipes for the carts - instead they had two employees sanitizing every cart and telling people they were when you came in. I thanked them for keeping us safe. I went through the store and there were stockers in almost every aisle, I thanked them for keeping us fed. They had EVERYTHING I needed (tho I didn’t bother looking for TP or wipes lol). I went through the checkout and thanked the woman for working so hard to keep us fed and safe, and told her how much we need her. Every employee was gracious and surprised, and thanked me for acknowledging their vital work at this difficult time. Thank you Publix. I give you 10 gold stars
