I've been a loyal customer of Chip and Pavel at All Star Cars for years. They're more than just salespeople, they're a team I trust completely. When it's time to trade in my car, I simply tell them what I'm looking for and my budget. Chip and Pavel work together to search for the perfect fit and the best deal possible. They've consistently gotten me fantastic trades on my old cars and amazing prices on my new (to me) ones. The whole team at All Star Cars, especially Chip and Pavel, stand behind what they sell, making the car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Beware! It doesn't take too much scrolling to see that they have not been operating with integrity, I've been seeing my friend stress and have to go back and forth with them to then be ignored and not get called back.

Mercedes wouldn't start upon arrival! I was sold a lemon under the guise of a "great car with no issues". The Mercedes was shipped to me DIRTY with a bad battery, the push button start not working, trunk wouldn't open, the sunroof broken, palm control cracked. After promising to to take care of everything, he shuffled his feet on paying and my car sat in the shop from Febuary until APRIL! and then wouldn't pay for everything, leaving me with a $1900 bill. Then 3 days later the car is back in the shop and guess what - I STILL DON'T HAVE A TITLE! So I have a car that won't run, that I've paid 10k down payment, and a $large loan from the bank (that I'm currently making payments on) that I can't drive because even if it did run properly, I HAVE NO TAGS. The temp tags expired in MARCH. Now Chip isn't answering my phone calls are messages. Save yourself the hassle and just throw your money away on something else and just PIN a pic of your dream car to your pinterest board.

Initially a good experience though when I took the car for a test drive they knew absolutely nothing about the car. Could not explain or show me any of the features. Luckily I have owned similar cars as the one I test drove so I had a solid idea of the features however if I didn't I would of definitely not made the purchase. I had the car pre inspected before making an offer. After receiving the inspection it was concluded the tires needed be replaced and the car was overdue on its B1 service. We agreed to split the cost so I purchased the vehicle. They delivered the car to me and then the laziness kicked in. The car was delivered unwashed and an empty gas tank. So instead they said to take care of it myself and they sent me a check in the mail for a detail. Secondly, none of the receipts were provided to me as agreed upon outlining what was done for the B1 service or the receipt for the tires. Also the temporary registration was not brought so they sent me a screenshot of it to my phone. After 3 weeks and 3 separate calls asking where my receipts were for the service and tires I finally received only a copy of the b1 service and still no receipt for the tires. I finally just gave up asking. Too frustrating to deal with incompetence.

Purchased a BMW from Chip at Private Allstar Cars and have to say the whole process was amazing. I am Located in Texas, it was my first time purchasing a car out of state and Chip gained my trust from day one. Transaction was a breeze, couldn't be happier. I would recommend Chip and his services to anyone.

Worst kind of seller response.A rude staff will make buying your car experience worst by their irresponsible customer care.Buying a car worth $50k and the way they treat you. Very disappointed .They should stay with such negative remark. Will write a blog too. Also too less car options

I’m not really not sure where to even begin. Once they received payment it was a nightmare to get them to even ship the vehicle. It was excuse after excuse. Heres list of some of the problems we had, if this review hasn’t been up dated then I’m still waiting on 3 items they took out of the vehicle before shipping (listed below).1. took a week and a half for them to ship the vehicle. They kept saying “it’s being picked up tomorrow”. This went on until it actually was in transit.2. When the vehicle was delivered the odometer reading was over by 900 miles.3. They failed to send the spare tire, spare tire carrier, and removable 3rd row seats.4. I ended up having to arrange shipping for the three items because “shipping was too expensive”.5. The items that I had to have shipped took from March 13th to April 8th to get shipping lined up. (Still haven’t received these items).6. Nothing he said he was going to do got done. I was constantly having to hound chip every step of the way.7. Another thing, he failed to mention the vehicle had been rear ended. No way you could have missed the damage to the rear bumper.

Cars listed way above market, not even close. Compared 3 cars he had listed to Kelly blue book. I looked at the Tahoe, The Navigator L and the escalade. All of them marked up way above market value. I can picture someone's grand parents going there not knowing any better and being taking advantage of. There are plenty of used car dealers selling there cars with in the market value. Even dealers. No need to even entertain these kind of dealers. Shameful.

purchased a vehicle in June .the dealer gave me a second key that doesn't work.i have made repeated calls to him but he hasn't given me another, also I paid extra for chrome painting ask for a copy and still haven't received it.i think I've got ripped off. I PAID GOOD MONEY, HAD MY BANK SENT DEALER CHECK QUICK AND FAST, WE TALK DAILY 2 OR 3 TIMES, BUT, AS SOON AS DEAL WAS FINALIZED. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR HIM TO RETURN CALLS . ALSO, HE DELIVERED MY CAR WITH GAS TANK EMPTY

Easy to deal with over the phone, and they made shipping for a car seem so simple. 7 day return policy, what could go wrong?
Chip said the car was "cherry" and flawless. Nicest shape he's ever seen a 12 year old car. Made it seem worth paying the extra over similar, local cars.
Said he would video chat with me, but his wifi and cellular data were both not working well, so we gave up on that.
Tons of great communication prior to shipping my car. Shipping was fine. After I received the Lexus, I never received a followup call, text, or email. I imagine that was due to not wanting to find out how I felt about the car.
Turned out to be an auction car from Boston, not a "local trade in by a soccer mom" as Chip had suggested.
The timing belt change was overdue by 20k miles. The brakes, calipers, brake lines, exhaust, and muffler all needed replaced in the first 2 weeks. The exhaust pipe was literally rusted off of the muffler, and the brakes were so bad in the front that the vehicle shook violently anywhere I drove. Spent about $3k in the first month on repairs.
There are other issues, like the clicking sounds in the dash, intermittent heating issues related to servo motors (those cause the clicking) which cost about $2400 to have fixed by Lexus. The sunroof has some occasional clicking as wwll.
All in all, I paid $16,200 for a car that booked on "excellent" shape for $16,600, and have over $20k in the car after making necessary repairs
I received a $6k valued auction car.
For $400 I could have flown down to check this vehicle out, but instead I got taken by a shady salesman with a flashy car lot.
My fault, but also a result of their shadiness and a lack of telling the truth.
Buyer beware!
