Relaxed, helpful, professional replacement of the windshield of a new car. A crack had developed on the edge of the windshield, which seemed to me to be a defect. Covered by insurance but still an inconvenience, with authorization, ordering replacement, scheduling. Pineapple Auto Glass was most helpful; they minimized the inconvenience. Replacement started with careful inspection of the crack, which showed it to be road damage. After replacement of the windshield and adjustment of through-the-windshield camera...now (a few days later)...all seems perfect.

The friendly, awesome, and inclusive folks at Pineapple can fix the glass in ANYTHING! Their handy (and handsome) technician popped some fresh back glass in my 1959 Mercedes post haste with no drama or hiccups. I love these folks!

Hands down the best auto glass company! Jeff came out and knocked out my rear glass on my truck. He greeted me with a smile and went straight into my truck. He showed me some issues that he found and took care of it. He finished in no time and looks like nothing ever happened. I would say the process was quick and easy. I set everything up with Alyssa which is a great person to talk to and is very kind and professional. They had a busy work week but still was able to fit me in. Best work and customer service ever! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!

I have been using Pineapple Auto Glass for many years as a vendor for customers vehicles as I work at a dealer, but I’ve never needed a windshield. I tried to do a claim on my insurance app but the administrator is Safelite and would not let me request them on the app. So I called. I was immediately connected to Caleb at Pineapple who finished my claim in just a few minutes, and about 15 hours later I had a new windshield installed. It was incredibly easy and painless, they came to me and had it done in under a half hour. The glass is perfect with no wind noise or any other issues, they take care of your vehicle like they would their own. Alyssa and Stephen are always amazing to deal with, and forgive me, I forget the installers name but I see him weekly and he is always friendly and professional. Even Stephen the owner even came out to install today! they truly are an incredible company and I will continue to recommend them for everyone as I have NEVER in my 6 years of working with them had a single issue, complaint, or disappointed customer. My experience with Safelite or other glass companies is that they end up leaking or making noise, or they cannot recalibrate the front cameras, and ultimately it causes a bunch of electrical issues. But Pineapple does it all! Don’t waste any time, if you need ANY vehicle glass replaced these are the people to call. Thank you Pineapple!

Pineapple Auto Glass was highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and polite and called me to keep me posted on the status of my claim. The technician arrived on time and did a great job installing my new windshield and making sure I knew what to do afterwards.

Pineapple was recommended by our Car Dealer and they did an excellent job from the start communicating a quote, next steps, delivery/arrival, and process for installation. The installer, Jeff, notified us of his arrival to our home and was punctual and efficient - window swap took 30 min.!
