We had our home and vehicles insured with this office since our arrival to Florida for a few years. First we found that the vehicle insurance was increasing significantly so we compared pricing with other companies. We decided to change our vehicle coverage to another company and spoke with mr. Connell to this point. He was arrogant and rude with my wife as he insisted that she read the coverages from the new company back to him line-item by line-item. Telling her she was comparing apples to oranges and did not understand the policy. Bottom line she ended up being right we switched companies for the vehicles and left our home insurance in place for two years. We then found another company for our home with exact same coverage Apples to apples! While mr. Connell spoke to my wife he was frustrated and asked"what about customer loyalty"we could say the same we never made a claim and the prices we're increasing significantly. We waited until now to leave the review we are sure his office is in our rear-view mirror. Thanks

Find another office, they will sign you up for discounts when you clearly state you dont want. Wasted time removing them when they shouldn't have been there in the first place. Signed me up for a duplicate renters insurance, wasted time canceling that. Also, they don't listen, they only care about commission.

I really like working with them. I’ve never had any problems using my coverage and if I have a question or issue I can talk to someone right away and I feel like they actually want to help me. Definitely recommend!

this is LEON: not a happy camper as i just found out that you posted me as cause of the accident, which causes premiums to go up without explanation. Also: State Farm is totally ignoring the fact that my wife is the 3rd injured party who also is going to pay for bodily injuries for life; there is no fixing the back injuries with exposed Sciatic Nerve. I shall contact you ASAP
