Today gave this place a shot and I’m glad I did!I came here for an express pedicure but they don’t offer that because I get antsy after 30 mins. So an hour later, I was happy with Angie.She took her time and included was a leg scrub and massage. I passed on the scrub but took advantage of the massage which included some lotions and an oil.I look forward to coming back in the near future.There is plenty of strip mall parking in their lot.The only tricky thing about the location as you’ll see in the pic is it looks like it’s “asis” and not “Oasis”.

Victoria was amazing. She did a very good job. My manicure and pedicure turned out fantastic. She is very detail oriented. I'm sure I will be back.

I have been on vacation for a week now and I have tried to book a service for nails, and a service for a massage throughout my time here, and they never have anything available…. They offer so many different kinds of services, but not enough people.

Worst service I have ever had. I had a new person doing my pedicure and she used dry sugar scrub and just kept rubbing it into my skin and when she rinsed it off she picked at the burn marks on my legs. When I was explaining what happened the owner got inlvoled she yelled at me. Told me it was my skin. This is the same exact pedicure I always get (the pearl volcano) but at a different salon. I took pictures of the burns but nowhere does it allow me to add the picsServices: Pedicure

I'm new to the area of Largo and I decided to go this Salon to get my nails done. The young lady who worked on my nails did a wonderful job. When I needed to go back to get a fill-in I forgot to call to make an appointment. There's a huge sign in the Salon's windows that states "Walk-ins Welcome" so I didn't think nothing of it because I'm just getting a fill-in. Plus the first time I came here I just walked in, so I didn't think it would be a big deal this time. I walked in the young lady behind the counter greeted me and ask " Can you help you". I told her I need to get a fill-in and asked her if the Nail Tech (name) is here today. She kind of hesitate before answering then she said " Oh no she's not here today and she's off tomorrow too. Do you want to make an appointment for Friday?" I asked her if she had something available around 4:30pm. She stated "No she has availability for 6pm or morning. I told her I will not be able to make it Friday. I then asked her if there was someone there today that could do my fill-in? She said OH NO! I only have two people who do fill-in's and they're both out today." Now I'm like "WHAT DAMN SENSE does that make when you have a "Walk-ins Welcome sign on your door. To me that means you can provide all services, whether it's new set of nails, fill-ins, hair cut and ect... Now, I usually like to give people the benefit of doubt. But it was her body language and facial expression that told me she didn't want to service me. So, I'll give find another nail salon.

Sadly I must give a 1 star. My family & I have used this salon for over 10 years. I understand stylist come & go and I am typically not picky but I did not have the support of the owner who I have given much business over the years. They were wonderful to fit me in last minute with a new stylist. I stated I wanted highlights and a long layered cut. He was close to complete, even had blown dry most of my hair when I asked him "Are you going to cut it dry?" He then said "Yes I will give you layers" He did no more than 6 cuts with the shears & then decided to curl my hair. (in hindsight I think he was trying to cover up the butcher job) Regardless - my hair grows quickly so its hard to be mad about a bad haircut. My complaint comes from what I was charged. As stated I am not a 1st time customer, I was chatting at check out process, I was asked if I wanted to add a tip of which I said yes, the receipt was printed, I signed, told everyone it was nice seeing them etc. The next day I noticed the charge on my card was more than expected. I called them up knowing in my head it was just an entry error - no big deal - but to my surprise I was told, that was for the color he added. I said "What color? I got highlights" She repeated, yes and color too. I said "You are mistaken, there was no color added to my hair AND if there was I did not request it" (I still stand firmly that I just got foils) They were not budging. I was really quite stunned because I really expected "sorry for the error, let me fix it" I was charged $95 extra for color. I had to dispute the charge which I really detest but it was warrented. Chase Bank told me that since they have a signed receipt (which I did sign - shame on me for not confirming that a business was not riping me off) they were not able to refund the money for the services I paid for but did not receive! This is why I must leave the one star review. Shame on you Jen for not backing your customers.Service: Hairstyling

The hair stylist was exceptional; he took extra time with my daughters hair which is very curly He took the time and was able to transform her hair style just as she wanted. Highly recommend.
