Nearly killed my dog she was hung while groomer left her alone. Then lied and said she choked on a stick. They called me and said emergency come quick your dog is dying. They didn't know cpr or how to administer oxygen. Christine was no help I had to give mouth to mouth to save her. Vet was called he only gave instructions over phone( give her benadryl) didn't care to follow up by phone or offer a vet visit. My dog is permanently disabled. You destroyed a young happy content dog. Terrible groomer beware they don't care only money

Really great experience! I have a Chihuahua mix that can get stressed in new situations but the staff here had him totally at ease and smiling that big dog smile immediately. The service of bath, nails and ear cleaning has my little dude prancing around and looking and smelling great! ??

I was quoted $66.00 for the groom. They charged me addition money because they said my dog was difficult. When I saw the job they did I had to insist we go back and the cut needed to be better.. At the end of the day, your quote IS WHAT SHOULD BE CHARGED. The cut should be a good job. Neither was done. I would never go back. Poor groom and overcharge AND almost 4 hours. Run don't walk...away

This place is unbelievable. They did NOT give my dog a complete groom and charged me more than was quoted. I was told that my little 16 pound dog was too difficult to handle and so they only partially groomed her and yet charged me extra for the trouble. I would like everyone to know that is is unacceptable - maybe the little funky bandana makes it all better? Her nails were not trimmed-her tail was too long. The things I specifically asked for were ignored. RUN DO YOU WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Hands down the best grooming place I've been to. Not only because of the great, patient and thorough job done by the groomer Michelle but also because of the amazing all-round service and care provided by everyone in the office, especially Katie.
