We had a great experience with No Frills! When the big B failed to have a car the size we needed, even though their web site said they did; No Frills came through with a great van and AT A FRACTION OF THE COST!! Pickup and drop off was a breeze no pushy salesy types like you get at the airport and they could not have been nicer. This will be our go-to car rental when we travel to the St. Pete area from now !!! THANK YOU!!!

These guys are awesome. I had a reservation with budget at the airport but when I arrived they didn't have a car for me. They told me about these guys and said everyone has good luck with them. And now, on my way out, my flight is cancelled and I already returned the car. Called up No Frills and they hooked me up with another car while nobody here at the airport can get one.
Edit (next day): my flight was cancelled for a second time upon arrival at the airport. It was Tampa not PIE so I got a car from there this time but when I got home Adam texted me to make sure I had been able to get make my flight, offering me another car if not. I've seen a lot of good customer service over the years and a lot of bad but this tops the list as some of the best. Thanks guys ?

Sudden change of plans required that I rent an suv asap for my vacation. I called to see if they had suvs and they did. Went to the business same day and drove away in my suv. Great price. Also very easy return. Will definitely be renting again during future vacations, inshallah ❤️
