I went today to see but I didn't like that they don't have the prices on any item, only on about 5 or 6 and the worker who served us didn't feel like serving us and on top of that you have to ask for all the prices, it makes me feel very bad.

I hate leaving negative reviews because I myself am a business owner and would not want anyone to leave a negative review. However, I ordered a combo door from this company back at the beginning of March. They informed me it would take roughly 6-8 weeks for the door to come in.
Mid-way through April, I called for a status on the door. They informed me that the door was not in and that they do not have an ETA for the door other than the 6-8 week timeline they had initially given me. I didn’t like that but I continued to wait.
A few days ago, I called for an update. I was told that if they didn’t call me that means the door is not in. I asked if they would still check. They confirmed the door was not in. I asked if they could call the manufacturer to ensure the door is in production and not accidentally going through an issue that they have not been made aware of. They refused to do so and told me whenever the door comes in they will call. They said when they placed the order, they received a confirmation which means the door is being made. I pleaded if they could still contact the manufacturer as it has now been 12 weeks on the door which is beyond the original timeline I shared with my customer.
I explained that if we do not have the door soon or at least an update to why the delay, I risk losing out on a very large project that I have already paid for the windows on. I explained this door is the last part and I do not want to lose money and risk my 5-star reputation that I have worked extremely hard to build. They didn’t care and didn’t offer to call the manufacturer. Instead they attempted to assure me that the door will come whenever it is ready and they will call me at that time.
Well, my customer is now in process of asking me for money off the project and pursuing a negative review. This is now forcing me to complete a partial install and add another additional day to comeback over a single door or risk my reputation. All of this is completely unacceptable and I would at least have like Mobile Home Depot to reach out to the manufacturer for a status update and get back to me. Instead they only care about placing orders, collecting your money, and move on. No service. No accountability. No sincerity when working with people.

They have a pretty good selection of doors, windows, some bathroom components, and A/C units. I will say they are on the affordable side, and the service is pretty good, too.

I was told they had an item in stock. I drove 20 minutes to find out they were out of the item I needed. Plus if they had it, the price was very high.

Needed mobile home "skin" and they had just what was needed. Friendly and extremely helpful! I've purchased here for years for a rental I own in Largo. No bad experiences at all and they have a lot of parts and pieces that you won't find elsewhere.

Have waited and waited for my windows and doors that I paid for last OCTOBER!!! They failed to call me when my windows did come in…2 months after. I have waited for one door since October. Very rude guy Mike who answers the phone. Acts as though he had no time to handle customers. I live in a mobile home community of 150 plus homes. Will definitely recommend ALUM FLO in St Petersburg.The Largo Mobile Home Depot store is who my terrible experience has been with!

Got a new door Yayyyy , they have A lot of things for mobile homes.I didn’t look around the whole place but It seems well organized & stocked.but sometimes you might Not see what you’re looking for…. Just ask they were more than helpful ?

Couldn't find a exterior locking knob and deadbolt for my new mobile home anywhere! I walk in the door and there they were! I should have started my search Here to begin with! There's a couple other things I needed but being on my lunch break I had to be in and out pretty quick prices for reasonable for two locking knobs and two deadbolts all keyed the same.. I'll be back for sure to browse and see what else they have before waiting for online ordering ?

We stopped going to this location and now travel to the one in Newport Richy, Zephyrhills, and even Lakeland just because of the customer service, being so poor at the Largo location. The older skinny gentleman with glasses I believe his name is Marty, but don’t quote me he’s just not friendly or helpful for that matter. Because of the time restraint we decided to stop there today and give it another shot when lo and behold when we walked in “Marty” was talking to another employee about how he was mad because somebody a customer had called him rude. The other employee pointed that we had walked in and Marty’s response was.” I don’t care if I lose my job” if someone’s rude I’m gonna tell. And this is why you don’t go to this location and probably won’t again. And I have talked to several people that feel the same way about the customer service there. It’s very sad.
