On November 23 2021 my car was damaged by the Rebel car wash at this location the big yellow bars malfunctioned and scratched the shi- out of the vehicle Traci the attendant took photos as did we and we’ve been attempting to get an incident report filed with the corporate supposedly in California working with the manager Susan both by phone and face to face btw this business does not appear to be filed as required on SUNBIZ so are they insured or not ???? Don’t use this business for gas store or certainly NOT the CARWASH. Will pursue this until vehicle is repaired by owners. Total BUll SH—-Update. This business after a lot of communication and effort did come thru with an amount allowing us to have damages repaired thank you Dave for being fair and responsive however will never use an automated carwash again

Would leave 0. Have went here for years. Michelle told me I'm no longer allowed in there because the girl with dreadlocks is not allowed. I do not know why. She called me Maryanne and that isn't my name. Guess every person with dreadlocks is Maryanne to her. So if you have or support dreads don't go here you are not allowed

I have been in here when Susan (Karen) has been at work and she is just a rude mean individual. Every time I am at the register and ask how her day is going all she does is complain about her employees and putting their personal business out there. The ONLY reason I continue to come here is for the clerk Traci, she is always smiling and pleasant. I was in there on 11/14/2021 and Traci was working, I could tell she was sick and I said you shouldn't be working especially with a fever. She said she had no one to cover her shift and she couldn't leave the new hire by herself. I thought Susan (Karen) was the General Manager and that is part of her job is to come in when one of her employees are sick especially with Covid going around. What kind of place are you people running when an employee is sick with a fever and your GM doesn't want to do her job. I am calling corporate and getting this settled!!!

I was sold a Hustler vape from this location which died within 20 minutes of me leaving. I brought it back in to the same woman, who told me there was nothing she could do to help me besides selling me another one at full price. I guess they're called Hustlers for a reason, I recommend the Shell down the road.
